I overnighted the package today and contacted the Congressman as well. Now i wait! I found so much paperwork, I don’t think i even sent that much in my original package back in 2019. I hope it satisfies USCIS . 

My I751 case was finally approved today 🎇😄! Received date is October 28, 2019.
Status was changed to New Card Is Being Produced after having Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It for a month.
Did not file for citizenship.

I don't know about your case but I am pretty sure my ex husband and his salty family reported me as fraud to uscis. 
I have restraining order on him so, you know, they wanna return me back like I am an item they bought from a store. They were terrible and the trashiest people I have ever met in my whole life. We are talking about mother in-law calling her 11 years old grand kid "shut your d*ck sucker". and you know what? he wasn't like this when he was in my home country. When I came here the abuse started. 
I am thinking that might be the reason why my case is taking too long. 
 

That is absolutely insane! Unfortunately most terrible people see immigration as the weakest point for foreign spouses and that’s the first thing they jump at to hurt a person. I despise people like that. Anything is possible, but if they started an investigation on your case, I believe you would somehow know about it by now. As for my case, we divorced a year into i751 process, meaning that we applied jointly originally. My ex was terrible too and couldn’t keep the finances straight, so we didn’t have strong joint financial evidence  because i was afraid to have a joint bank account with him. We still had one but didn’t use it for awhile. I submitted as much evidence as possible but i think in my case maybe lack of financial evidence is a problem here. But who knows. I will keep you posted! 

You need to give USCIS a call and set up an infopass appointment to get your extension stamp at the nearest USCIS field office. I was in and out of the place in 30 minutes with my stamp.

14 more days it is gonna be 22 months for me. 
I wish my workplace gave me 22 months to return back to the customers. I gotta do it less than a couple of days. 

It’s effing stupid how the process works. I almost think I’d have better odds at winning Powerball/MagaMillions than getting my 751 approved.

Being a Mid Nov 2019 filer, I got the news I have been waiting for about 19 months (587 days) today.
 
New card being produced.
 
No interview or RFE. 
 
Submitted about 6 inches thick paper stack of evidence. And the biggest evidence being our child.

Just updated today, New card is being produced, no interview.  Filed back in November 5, 2019.  So they are starting on November folks.
 
Filed N-400 this past November 2020.

My personal opinion for the reason for the long wait times to process the I-751 ROC is that it's not a priority.  The person has a Green Card, they received an 18-month extension and, if necessary, can just get another extension. You're still good and while waiting can file for citizenship if you so desire. Also, they know that most of the requests will be approved so granting the extensions is not really harmful. Of course, perhaps they could find a way to screen and fast track the obvious approvals to reduce backlogs and processing time but again i just think they don't see it as a priority and don't really care.

If you filed October 2019, then your case is not outside processing times yet. The current case inquiry receipt date is 9-17-2019. I would give it another month or so.  

Any October or November 2019 filers got their 10 years GC without filing for N400? I was running through hundreds of receipt numbers around mine a few weeks ago, and tracked them daily. A lot of them who filed around my date (the last week of October of 2019) for I751 had their file change to "Card is being produced" and then "Card is being shipped". But my case, and around 30% of the other cases their status changed to "Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It" and stuck since. I have even found other cases from probably before mine that still had that status for months, which scares me.

You can extend it again by calling USCIS and asking for another extension. They set you up with appointment and extend it for another year. Good luck.

After 1 year, 7 months and 26 days my husband’s I-751 was finally approved at YSC! 
 
He went on June 3 to get the I-551 stamp, then approved on June 4. Of course.

I have followed this thread for a while now, promised myself I will post an update as soon as I get any traction on my case since it helped to estimate timelines and put my mind at ease. Case received Sep 30th. So relieved, after 1 year 7 months and 21 days, new card is being produced, no interview.YSC2090004xxx. How long after this before reciet in the mail?

Mid October 2019 approved with no interview 

Approved mid October filer. No interview. Good luck all. Citizenship interview next month. 

Case received 9/18/19.  Had absolutely no movement since then.  Last week on 5/6 I got text and email saying new card ordered, on 5/7 text and email saying form I-751 was approved, and 5/10 card was mailed.  As a side note, I filed for N-400 September of last year and still have no updates on that

Still works in 2017, I got my EAD/AP approved today about expedition with job offer, my timeline:
 
Day 0 - i130/i131/i485/i765 files received in USCIS
Day 27 - Biometrics done
Day 66 - USCIS sent me RFE (Request for Initial Evidence) to add joint sponsor
Day 73 - I Received the RFE letter
Day 76 - Called to ask for EAD expedition based on financial loss
Day 80 - The received my RFE response
Day 83 - Got a letter to fax them my job offer, did it same day
Day 84 - got a notice that EAD case approved, card is produced, and AP as well.
