Spouse? Just confirming you have a fiancee and not a spouse. Both are irrelevant for K1s. They are only relevant for spousals so please confirm above. (Presuming you checked current K1 timelines in your country only). Wait for instructions from Embassy. The last question on the DS160 eludes to having received instructions before filling out. NOA2 is valid for one year in 3 four month increments. It automatically extends without doing anything. She does not have to have an interview by the one year validity date either. She just must be SCHEDULED for one before the one year is up. The interview can TAKE PLACE AFTER the one year as long as it was SCHEDULED BEFORE the one year validity date. -
It's not as complicated as you're thinking. Think it through... why would they need to know your travel history in the US when you are providing your I94 to show what date you arrived in the US and your class of admission (K1) which is exactly what the I94 says? The travel history says none of that.

And you've EMAILED the PP and showed them the REQUIREMENT that they MUST provide you with a copy AND you've threatened to report them to the CDC and showed them on that same page how you ycan do that easily? And they still refuse to give you one? You've gotta stand up for yourself here. No. That's irrelevant. If you read the paragraph above what I quoted you, you'll see that.

Of course, that was a requirement however they are also required to give the patient their own photocopy. They are bound by the agreement that considers them panel physicians through the CDC to provide one. You can email or call the PP and remind them of that requirement or you can even show them a copy of the requirement through email on the CDC website if they play stupid. No. Don't do that. At worst, do nothing and wait for your interview or RFE. You are not required to provide an I693 as a K1 and you are definitely not required to submit it with your I485 for ANY adjustment class. Ensure you read the I693 instructions to see what I'm talking about.

Sure. They pressed the wrong button. Or they gave you one for forgetting to submit a doc and then later found the document because your docs were out of order compared to the order you listed on your coverletter. Lots of normal reasons. RFEs come by mail within 30 days. Read it when or if it comes.

If you are following the instructions like you should, all. Need to? No. Can you? If you perhaps have something, sure. Need to? No. Highly recommended to? Absolu-+×#*- lutely. Its free. Why would you not and risk an emergency? Same with I765. They are a recommended package.

*the US petitioning sponsor is "filling out" the I864 form for themselves in support of the foreign applicant's I485. They are the sponsor so the form is largely about them. The immigrant is the immigrant. Their info goes in those sections. Fill it out as if you were the sponsor.

Only the applicant needs to go. She should do hair and make up if she wants to as that photo will likely appear on every immigration card she gets until she becomes a citizen. You walk in door. Sometimes security checks your notice for date and time. Go through security. Wait in line to check in. Give them notice and ID that matches the name on notice. They fill out a form, hand it to you with number and stamp your notice. You go sit and walt. They call your number. You hand in form. Keep stamped notice. You go up to booth and they take your fingerprints with a digital scanner. Then your photo. That's it.
