Just called NVC and confirmed that I have CC as of yesterday Feb 12.
 
For records:
First SD: December 14, 2017
Check list: January 10, 2018
Second SD: January 17, 2018
CC: February 12, 2018

I'm trying my hardest not to get upset at work right now. This is seriously crushing. I triple checked and made an identical copy of what we submitted. I'll overnight another copy in the morning, but I am so upset. ugh.

Just got our CC this morning! SD 12/19/2017. I hope our embassy schedules the interview ASAP!!!

What happiness God is so good and his time is perfect! Guys you just have to have faith and trust, leave everything in the hands of God and you will see that everything will turn out well!! This is too good and I can breathe easy!

That was the same issue for me as well. My case was approved in Texas October 16, but it wasn't sent for awhile and NVC didn't receive it until November 27!

On October 16, 2017, we approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice.
I am SO ecstatic!!!!!!!!
