I wish we could get our RFE.......the e-mail notice came on the 16th saying they mailed it......and it's nowhere in sight!! I'm in Kentucky, but nothing in the history of the US postal service has ever taken this long to come from California. Well...it feels like it to me anyway

Hi ! We have a June 29th NOA1.....and was just informed by e-mail that I have a RFE sent on Sept 16. I was starting to think I wouldnt get one either. Hopefully you will get one in the next few days!!

Today I got home from work and had 5 e-mails from USCIS all with this same message:

Current Status:

On September 16, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional

evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what

additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice,

what is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the

notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your

application during business hours.

I assume this is probably for IMBRA, since they never sent me one. But I'm confused if this is for 5 different requests for different evidence, or if this is perhaps an e-mail program going for overkill

Has anybody else had this happen??

I filed in June and got our NOA1 June 29th from CSC. Not much action other than a few touches in the last week or so. My fiance is Vietnamese too.

Congradulations!! When you go to your "My Portfolio" page, you can see the date of the last update. This will indicate when your case is touched.

Make sure you login when you check your case number, and go to your "My Portfolio" page. The date showing will be the last time they touched your file.

Frist i feel sorry for you and your ex,then i dont want to rude but people like you who only want immigration made lots of real couple get hard to be together case USCIS always be so careful now,a good idea for you now is go back to where you gone and start a new paperwork again,but one thing you have to remember that youll meet a real hard trouble to be approve again,i just wanna know how can you fell and out love so fast like that?just only in 3 months?anyone here think that a real love?for me i dont think so
