Ready to be Scheduled for Interview since September 2020...Finally got my Interview scheduled 3/15

I had the same confusion before about the MRV but maybe because I watch too much YouTube K1 process videos lol as there's not much about CR1.That's before I found out about VJ.

Yes, I had my interview on the date scheduled by NVC. 

You probably made the same mistake I did by clicking on the incorrect option when I tried registering for the delivery address. I forgot what it was . 
 
I had the same problem as yours. After doing the delivery address registration, it asked for scheduling of interview. I thought I could choose the same interview date set by NVC but it's giving different dates so I just left my profile as it is. If you already did your delivery address registration and it appears on your account, call the US Embassy to confirm that it is in their system.

On the first day of her medical, she'll be given a slip  indicating a time when she's gonna go back on the second day. I waited for the specified time on my slip before I went to SLEC. I was done within an hour for the immunization.

You can help your husband with the forms and proofs of bonafide marriage but he has to file the petition ( Form I-130 ). My husband was willing to pay the service of RapidVisa because when I went over the forms, they're not really complicated. We decided to do it on our own. Reading the guides and with help of the people on this forum, we made it. 

I was more worried about the medical even though I took medical examinations before working overseas and even when I was there.
Relax on your interview. Make sure you have all the documents you need.

That's true. My husband was about to send the form I-864 through FedEx and it would cost almost a $100. I told him to check if there's any LBC and fortunately there's one in the city. He just spent $8. What a difference

I submitted 4 passport style photos during the medical. I wasn't asked for any passport style photos at the US Embassy during my interview . I took extra passport style photos though in case I'd be asked.

I got my P4 (Interview appoinment letter) eight days after case complete though it might not be the same for for everyone.
 
As for NBI clearance,even though it says in the Interview Appointment Letter that it should be of one year validity it's best to renew it to be on the safe side 

I think she's referring to a K1 visa which is not your case. Yours is CR1.

I was interviewed this morning and was approved. I checked my Visa case status and it says ISSUED!!! So so Happy!!!
