Hi everyone just wanted to update you all since I am a February filer. I'm at the final stage of this process thanks to the lord. My husbands interview is scheduled for December 8. We are so beyond excited. I have updated my timeline as well.  

They should have emailed you a receipt of the payment went through 

I changed my name after I filed my petition. I’m currently waiting for a case complete at NVC. It’s been 7 1/2 weeks since I submitted everything.

Tomorrow it will be 6 weeks for me since I sent it my documents in. I know it can take up to 11 weeks but just anxious ya know hoping that someone got it sooner than that without expediting.

So just wanted to update everyone on my case. My scan date for my AOS package at NVC is August 31st. I'm patiently waiting so 4 weeks down pending review. The anxiety is killing me.

TSC approved I-130 on 8/21/2017. NVC have not received case from USCIS yet.

 

Getting impatient.Calling NVC everyday.

Took me 20 days to be exact

It takes about 2 weeks to get your welcome letter

my question is Does it make a difference if i select my self as an agent?

also on the nvc website when selecting agent,  what should i pick from the drop down menu?

That's great news! How long did it take from the day you got your noa2 to now when you received your case number from Nvc?

What's your service center. My PD was Feb 27 and I got approved July 18 from Potomac

Received my letter of approval yesterday. PD is Feb. 27 noa2 is July 18th, although it still hasn't updated on the site. So beyond excited 😃

Alison i know I'm so disappointed and couldn't believe it. I'm Potomac as well work 2/27 priority date

when do you plan on seeing him again? I found that it eases me when i already have a ticket booked because i know exactly how many days till i get to see him

Hey everyone looks like I'm on this journey with you all! I recently submitted my I-130 form to petition for my husband. I received my NOA1 with a priority date of February 27, 2017. Unlike most of you I got the Potomac Service Center which looks like they are processing September petitions so let the waiting begin

HI there all, i recently submitted my I-130 form and got a priority date of Feb 27, 2017. I just received my NOA1 with a notice date of March 1st. I've heard Potomac moves a little quicker than other service centers, but I've seen a few Nebraska cases transferred to Potomac and also saw they are processing September apps still so I'm hoping it moves along quickly.
