Im on a similar situation....I ll try to fly to the US, 11 months after I left... if they don't close the bordes or cancel my flight
medical reasons as well..
 
I did a lot of research. and people who went through a situation like that said that, even if you spend more than 1 year outside the US the best option is take the risk and fly to the US....and u talk to CBP at the airport., explain your situation.
 
I dont think its gonna be a problem specially with corona virus changing everybody's plans

First of all please dont judge as i needed some advise or anyone who went thru the same thing. 
 
I got my 10 yr Green Card and Date of Entry to US Feb 2019 (it is on my GC too). We were in US for 2 weeks
 
Then We entered US again Sep 2019 for 2 weeks.
 
I know that we are supoosed to move permanently once i get my GC but we have our reasons.  we are definitely moving to US in Aug 2020. I just found out that i am pregnant and we are also aware that we have to go in to US every 6months. I couldnt file re entry as we are outside US. My Edd is end of may 2020 and i will out US 11 months before we moved permanently. 
 
Anyone here had the same or similar situation? Any advise or anything? Thank you so much

My experience, they dont count. I was pregnant before the interview and I postponed it till I gave birth. 7months later i did my interview, i informed the VO i gave birth so we have 2 kids, in case he wants the new AOS but he said he doesnt need it. Visa is approved. 

Nope. It is NOA2. I was surprised too. And it was not expedite too. My NOA 1 was feb 22 2017 and NOA2 March 30 2017. No kidding though. It wasnt even Direct Filing. And not expedite at all.

Are you still waiting for the interview date? If so it shouldnt be that far i guess. Once you get your visa, make sure you can fly before your due date. My petition is IR1 and have postponed my interview as i am not comfy with chest xray but my obgyn said it is fine but do it as soon as possible. Also, like one of the comments here, get married asap once you get to US because giving birth there without insurance is expensive. This is one of the reason why my husband and i postponed it as well. We are both living outside US so our insurance covers worldwide except US.

Glad to hear you have enough money but bribery s doctor or physician working with US immigration is not a good idea. Be patient and wait for further testing. 
 
Even you are former marine, that doesnt mean you know how the world works. As a Philippines citizen, yes, bribery and corruption in our country is crazy but NOT all. It is not because it is a 3rd world country, you can just pay them off. SLMC is chosen by US Embassy even though they are not American Citizens. Just be happy that they were able to see the spot. If it is nothing then it's a good news. If it is something then at least she can have medication. 
 
I am not sure how your fiance told you about Philippines but it is not because we are 3rd world country everyone accepts bribery. And if you have ever been to Philippines, you didnt see the good side of it. Just saying

Yes you need to. They just wanna know where you want your passport/visa to be delivered, e.g Amarex...
 
I am going to have interview here in Singapore too on 25 Oct. When is your interview? Your IR1/CR1 or K1?

I would suggest just send in documents when or if you get RFE. I sent our I-130 documents without checking VJ before as well (well i didnt know about it nor research at all). I just followed the I-130 instructions. The only proof of relationship we sent was Marriage Certificate and Tenancy Agreement. 
 
For NVC part, we found out that we sent the wrong AOS form (864ez instead of 864), we didnt send it right away, we waited for checklist, glad that checklist is just to bring to interview, we have CC already

Finally, called NVC to confirm that we just need to bring the checklist we got. They confirm CC and just wait for interview date!

I just want to get over the NVC part and get interview date. We will need to postpone the interview anyway as my wife is pregnant and she is not comfortable doing the medical (she's a lil bit delicate). On top of that, her insurance company doesnt cover US, so might as well we make use of insurance before moving.

We just cant believe it because we are expecting a checklist because we fill out I864ez instead of I864. 
 
We didnt know and probably we didnt read properly as well that income outside USA doesnt count if it doesnt continue once we move to US. They might ask us to bring new form during interview instead. 
 
Im waiting for their email and see what they need but we are happy and grateful

Hi! My scan date is 6/21, Today my wife checked the status and it says AT NVC.. I understand that it means CC? 
We read that if status says AT NVC it is most likely CC and when AOS changed from Paid to N/A.  But when she checked the AOS she couldnt find it. She can only see this DS-261 and IV. There is no line of AOS. It disappeared. It that the case usually? Thanks

My husband didnt fill in that form. He just called IRS and requested for it. IRS ask what is it for and he said it is a requirement for Immigrant Visa Application. He called IRS about 4 months ago and requested for it and since we live in Singapore we got a week and half after by mail. 

I wouldn't advice the invitation letter. Based on my experience, i was denied 2x in Singapore US Embassy. I was dating my USC ex bf back then. I read as well that VO might think I will be staying for good in US. I have proof of strong ties, enough savings and all but apparently it is a red flag.
 
 

The funny this is my US address in my bank statements, and phone bill statements are my old ones (i didnt really update because my sister is leaving there now and she is more responsible with my mails) , but the thing is I wrote my other sister's address as we intend to live with her first. 
 
And yes, i am USC living with my wife in Singapore. Your reply makes us a less nervous now. We only submitted copy of DL, Bank Statement, Phone bill, Tax transcripts and flight to US every year.

Thanks a lot! June 21 is my scan date. Coming to 5 weeks now. I am more worried on Proof of Domicile. Hope it was sufficient. Otherwise, another 11 weeks. Will probably call NVC by end of this week to check as well.

Don't worry about not putting n/a on your paperwork. I didn't our scan date was June 3 and case closed date is 7/21. Best of luck to you.
