1. Marriage Certificate

2. Birth Certificate of our child

3. Tenancy Agreement

4. Joint Account

If you received your NOA2, then that is really fast. From what I've seen Philippines and Mexico tend to have approvals that quickly.

we didnt do DCF as Singapore doesnt have it. We filed our I-130 and noa1 feb 22 2017 and it went to Nebraska Service Center. Then we got email saying our I130 got approved march 31.

Is this NOA2? We received our NOA1 feb 22 i think and got this email from uscis, i thought it takes about 6 months after noa1 to noa2 so im wondering if this is really noa2. Thanks

On March 30, 2017, we approved your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number Xxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

Glad to read this topic. We have been living Singapore as well and we wrote my husband's sisters address. He used to have his own apartment in Boston but he sold it to his other sister. We are planning to travel all together when we get the visa.

Our case took a little over a year to complete. Both myself and my husband switched jobs. We were not questioned about this at all. When a new form had to filled out and it pertained to employment we just updated that section on the that form. The Visa Center's main concerned is that you make enough money to support the beneficiary. The income taxes papers that you will submit near the last stages will prove it, regardless if you switch jobs. They request that you send copies of your income tax of the last three years.

Switching jobs is fine, but I wouldn't do it too close to the interview if at all possible; you want a few months of the new job under your belt to show paystubs and that the job is stable.

I agree to most of their suggestions. you having a boyfriend in US and you wanted to apply B1/B2 with your daughter, chances are you will be denied. I am from Philippines and live in Singapore, i had a USC boyfriend before and i was denied. Glad it was denied though as i met my very wonderful (another USC) husband and now we are blessed with 1 kid (just telling story haha). You have been together for 4 years, apply for K1. My friend applied and got approved quite fast !  All the best

so nervous reading others post. May i asks what documents did you send along with I130? 

we sent, birth certificate, marriage certificate, tenancy agreements and joint account. freaking out as others sent pictures and all

Got the email today as well and ours is headed to Nebraska too. I read a lot that Texas processing times is so much better. But let's all pray for the best

Got our NOA1 via email today and the hard copy is on the way! Yay... hope you all receive it soon too. Ours is routed to Nebraska, anyone as well?

We mailed our apps to Chicago lockbox on Feb 15 and delivered on Feb 19. to date, no email or text yet as well. Usually how long does it take to receive NOA? Thanks. Hoping to get our NOA1 soon too
