File as soon as you are able. Don't forget the EAD/Advanced parole forms when you file. the I-131, and I-765 they are. They are free when you file with the AOS package.

No need for I-130 since you married within the 90 days. Just follow the guide for K1 AOS and send everything asap

We just got approved!!! The interview was very smooth. The CO asked us how we met and asked my fiancé what his job was.

Update. My fiancee arrived safely in Orlando Fl yesterday. She had to wait about 2 hours through immigration. The interview was much harder and longer at the airport than the embassy! Be prepared. Also the officer somehow knew that I did not speak my fiancee's language even though I never made that public record. Be honest and be prepared! The process is not over once you have your visa in hand.

My fiancee is on her way to the interview right now, very nervous and excited! 😀

Just stopping by to say that I had my interview yesterday and that my visa was approved!
 

Congratulations. We decided to stick with Moscow now, as the interviews have been more available. In fact, today there were 7 appointments available today. If we have an NVC number, we could have gotten one...

Had my interview 31st October - Approved!
 
Picked up passport today with visa inside, along with official docs for immigration. Flying out Friday! Thankyou to everyone who helped along the way and good luck with the rest of your journey!

Finally I got the approval. 
K1 submitted feb 20th 
Rfe recieved October 5th 
they recieved the rfe October 29th 
approved November 5th 
 
FINALLY!

I know the Ukrainian embassy does its communication, such as P3, through e-mail and CCs the petitioner.
 
As an aside, Ukraine is actually probably one of the quickest countries to go through. They receive cases electronically within 2 days from the NVC, e-mail out p3 that day and then there's only a 2 day wait period necessary between medical and interview. The only pain in the tookus is having to pay the DS160 application processing fee in cash at one specific bank.

My fiancee got an interview scheduled for Oct. 30th on Oct. 16th. She wanted to surprise me, but ended up sending me a screenshot of the confirmation email because I was being really pessimistic about the wait and she wanted to cheer me up. Needless to say, it worked. 😄

No good news. Sent an email Monday and they sent a response to my fiancee. They're blaming it on staff reductions due to Russian sanctions. As far as I'm aware, each country booted 60 diplomats and shut down one consulate. There was no stipulation saying the staff from the closed consulates couldn't be moved to work in another one. The Moscow embassy still employs over 1100 staff, one of the largest in the world. My fiancee has been checking every day for the past week and half for an appointment with no luck.

They want proof of a continuing relationship. They will have your I-129f packet and the evidence provided there. They want to see that the relationship has continued past your in person meeting shown in the I-129f.

Congratulations!! My fiancée also was approved Tuesday but also got caught up in the sputum test scam. She won’t get her visa for another 8 weeks.

I got denied... JOKES I’M APPROVED! 🌟 
As everyone says, as long as you have the correct paperwork and you’re in a real relationship then it’s really straight forward. It was harder to get my work visa back in 2015. Their new embassy is so cool, it’s like something out of Doctor Who. Everyone is so lovely. I was in and out in an hour, easy peasy!
 
Wierdly it was exactly 32 weeks (8 months) today that we first sent it the paperwork.

Visa issued four days after the interview. 

I’m currently sat on the train heading down to the London embassy for my interview. Think I’m going to combust with excitement EEEKKKKKKK!!!!
