    We filed i-130 electronically for my father in-law in May 2022. It is in Lincoln, NE. Recieved Date 05/07/2022. He is in Pakistan.

    Question- On I-131 on Part 2. Application Type, Which option I shold select. My parent is already in USA? Is it 1D- Applying for Advance Parole Document to allow me to return to USA?

    My mother is in USA and I am filing I-130 and I-485 for her. Need help with below questions: 1- Where does the benficiary lives now (should I put current US my address or back home country address) 2- Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien? (Will the answer be Yes, since I did file the pettion I-130 for my father earlier this year)
