Thank you Truelove... The sponsor isn't married yet. we sent in the forms and w-2 form Sep 28 as NVC said they have not seen the form so we had to resend it.

Agreed there is almost no chance of you getting a visitors visa.  If you have the money you can try but do no expect it.  You have obvious immigrant intent and more reason to abuse the visa than not. 

A visit visa is for visiting, not living in the USA to wait it out. At most you don't be allowed to stay 6 months and then have to return to your home country for at least 6 months. 
 
What job job do you have that would allow you to be away for that long?  The likelihood of a Nigerian being given a b2 is low.
