Hello,
I am in the US on a L1 Visa. The expiration date of that visa is Feb 9th 2021.
Annotations contain the line: Must present I-129S at POE - EXP 01 FEB 2019
I don't get the meaning of the second expiration Feb 1st 2019. The visa is valid until Feb 9th 2021, what happens on that day? What do I have to do to avoid problems?

yes I did, but somehow I cant believe the answer, so I want to know a second opinion. Otherwise I will call boarder protection and see what they say.
The answer of HR was: I have to leave the US by this date, but I can return immediately w/o re-apply or any other action. I cant believe that, it doesn't make any sense.
