He's ending your relationship because he can't buy a plane ticket? I dint think he really wanted to marry you. If he did, he would sell his TV, borrow from a friend, deliver pizzas, drive for Uber, hold a yard sale to get the money to bring the person he supposedly loves more than life itself into the country. I think the plane ticket is just a cowardly excuse. You're better off without him.

Your visa will expire so you don't need to do anything with it.

Why are you already thinking about looking for another American to marry?

Cinder block. It was about 2 years ago. Here are some pics of building it and mostly complete. The airccon was put in a few months ago in preparation for my trip. The AC and install was about 20k. The house is not a dream home by any means, I will build that soon. It is modest with 2 bedrooms, sari store, cr, and kitchen in the back. All of the walls are finished cement inside and out. One room and half of the exterior we did the finish cement at the time we did the AC so that was additional to what I paid to build the house originally.

Right right. I've certainly made plenty of mistakes in life. I definitely don't mean to sound harsh or judgemental and don't answer any of my questions, I'm no one to you - it's not my business in any way at all, but these are questions no doubt EVERYONE will ask and you and her should ask yourselves.

Your visa was approved 18 months ago but she hasn't come yet?? When did you last see her? Has she been getting extension after extension? There will no doubt be issues she will have to explain about the baby's father and why she doesn't have permission to take the baby to the US and now she doesn't want to leave the baby  (I don't blame her).

That's a big, huge secret to keep. Huge. How could one person keep a secret from the other half for THAT long that would significantly impact BOTH your lives? If she was concerned you'd be upset how did she think when you finally found out? Did you not see photos of her for months? My fiance and I send multiple snaps a day.

There's just soooooo much about this situation doesn't make sense, and the baby doesn't have anything to do with it, but secrets and lies and not seeing each other for such a looooong time.

Not passing judgement, I don't know either of you, but how certain are either of you that you still want to get married?

I'd say go ahead and file AP with your AOS application. You might not have plans to travel but always think about emergency situations where you might have to travel. I'd advise people to file it with your AOS application and is free when you do that or else you will have to pay $575. Check this example..

Emergencies do happen overseas, sickness, death of a family member and people end up leaving without AP only to having to be petitioned all over again by their spouses to be able to come back. It's free to file and leave travel specifics blank or put unknown. There is really no good reason not to file for AP.

I think it is only free if you file it with the AOS. It’s $400-500 if you file it separately, I believe. Just leave the travel plan section blank.

You can leave that section alone. K-1 AOS-er is simply entitled to apply for a I-131 without planned travels

Well why was it denied? If the reason won't be assessed,  then even if you marry and file for spouse visa - it might get denied also.

Just got home internet restored, cell phones were down, including any internet anywhere, sheeez - what a storm, but really REALLY blessed I had no damage or loss in the storm.  75 hour shift (a new record for me) then cleaning up limbs and debris around the house - well, it's a hot day and a good chance to sit in the AC and cool off.

So much to catch up on!!!   I'm so happy to see the NOA2s!!!!  Those from March especially, I'm so happy to see you moving along.  @Ste&Sel I am sure this has to be right around the corner for you.

The successful Medicals, and advancements thru NVC, and the APPROVALS!!!   To all ya, CONGRATULATIONS Also!

I'm so proud of Ann  She has now completed her medical, and CFO.  We are just sitting patiently now waiting for the interview on Oct 6.  I fly on 10/3 - land on 10/4 - we'll all meet up in Manila and catch up for the last 4 months I haven't seen Ann and her family.

    you need to take heed
in 2007 after i spent a month in Morocco we went thru this and applied the K1
he was asked about children as i obviously couldn't have any at my age
then they asked what his family thought of the relationship. He smiled and said they love her / CO said "you smile, you lie" Denied
we had already known each other 19 months meeting first in airport when i got stranded in a storm and then spending the month of June 2009 with him and his family
after which i spent another months in morocco in 2010 for marriage and then 3 months in 2011
    our CR1 after this denied
i made 2 more trips of 2 months and 3 months before the 2nd CR1 was approved
and yes, age is big issue
time not spent is a big issue
your age 21 is a big issue
time you have known her is short and a big issue
you have much to overcome and need to spend more time together
probably marry if serious and a lot of patience
many moroccans go 5 and 6 years before approval / ours was final in 2015 when he finally recieved a visa and came to US
can text me personal if you have any further questions
    jeanne
