It went good!  She was asked 10 American history questions and got them all right. She obtained a study book from her friend to help with that. Everything else was general questions about the application she submitted and a week later we went to the ceremony!  Good luck to you. 

We did the 3 year marriage too. I don’t think you have to go, but I need to figure out if I’m still allowed to go if my wife prefers me to be there with her..

My husband only received the interview appointment letter.
Is crazy how fast June cases are moving! We were expecting to have to wait at least 6 months for the interview appointment.
 
Btw, do I need to go with him to the interview? We filed under the 3 year marriage. The interview letter didn’t say anything about bringing the spouse.

Just got interview scheduled notice for Cleveland office for 06 September 2022.  We filed June 16th, 2022.  Didn't get an email update, so we were quite surprised to find the letter in the mail today!

Hi everyone, I had to take some time off VJ due to my level of stress. I am picking up my passport this Friday and travelling to the US that same day, boy this has been one hell of a journey and I've spent SO MUCH MONEY visiting my fiance. I do hope everyone still waiting gets through and that this is like they say when a woman has a baby, she forgets all about the bad prenancy stuff and just enjoys the baby, in our case, our long awaited marriage.

Wow what an afternoon lol.  I checked online earlier today and my petition was still "at nvc" so I called NVC a few hours ago to see if they sent my package out to the embassy and Emma said that it is undergoing "additional processing" and there is no timeframe of completion :(.  What's next after hearing that news?, start searching every single post regarding additional processing at nvc ever recorded in the history of visajourney of course!  After reading horror stories of it taking a few weeks to a few months to complete, I pondered over how I was going to tell my fiancee' about this new news and thought about how long they were going to hold onto my petition...  Just checked online again 15 minutes ago and it changed to "in transit".  All that worrying for nothing jeez.  Not even going to tell my fiancee' about my afternoon lol, well maybe I will but for now just sent her a text with "baby it's on it's way to the consulate :)"

Best way to go. Confucius says don't share what will make one have additional stress. Her stress level can make you happier or miserable.

I couldn't even catch the girl's name this time... then she said give it 6 weeks... and I was like "SURE...." if I said this "sure" to my fiance he would roll his eyes...

Finally noa2 after a long wait .  Was working, minding my own business and got the text!  I'm thankful to have found this forum and the people in this forum.  It has helped me get through this process and I hope that everyone else waiting in July will get theirs soon too.  It's around the corner.
