Nobody misread anything.   This website has a TOS (agreed to by your when your joined) that states you cannot tell people to refrain from posting, which you have now done AGAIN.

I think you mistakenly included Adventine in your angry comments.  I think you meant someone else......Geez.....proofread before clicking the submit button..

I do believe quite a few of you misread my last post. I said that with the exception of the two people mentioned, I was thankful for everyone else who replied. The 2 people who I mentioned who I had issues with were Adventine and Crazy Cat. They were the exceptions that I didn't care for. Everyone is I was thankful but it appears that a lot of you are misreading what I said. Anyway, I think I will need to stay off here for a while and I do have other resources I can go to. This forum is not worth me getting upset over.

Follow the instructions that you've been given, and follow the instructions on the website.  Per above, report back if you get stuck.

We’re all volunteers here to answer questions as best as we can. We’re not getting paid to do this. We volunteer our free time to come here and try to help whenever we have time or opportunity.  And I don’t appreciate this sense of entitlement coming from you. No, nobody here will hold your hand and spend hours explaining every redundant step on how to create a profile and answer few questions to book an interview and pay a fee. It is very straightforward. This is DYI (Do It Yourself) website and each one of us “experts” has done hours of research on our own to be where we are. Nobody was holding our hands. And again, we’re volunteers. 
 
 Good luck with the rest of the process. I don’t say this often but you will probably benefit from an attorney because they get paid actual money to hold a clients hand at every step of the way (if you’re even lucky to find such a decent lawyer  of course). 
 

Why don’t you try to do the process and post screenshots (blurring personal info) of where you get stuck?

OK, this is the last time I will say something and this is to everyone who has replied. Yes I will admit I was told about the the us travel docs website. However, and I need everyone to hear this, absolutely none of you are telling me how to get to where I need to go or what I need to look at or anything and that includes you too Powerpuff. All everyone is saying is go this website or go to that website and not going into details about what I need to do. Some people like myself need more specific help with this stuff and none of you seem to understand this. And the ceac website has nothing to do with the k1 visa process at all, this is for the other visas. This is why I mentioned the fact that I have a lawyer who is actually trying to help me out with the specific details that people on here think I know about and I don't but you guys don't realize this. But again, I have had it with coming on here and getting treated like a child. I'm probably older than most of you who are replying with your remarks. So I will not come on here anymore for a long time if ever. You can reply if you want but you are wasting your time. I have had enough of this website and those trying to treat me like a baby. I will leave you guys alone and I suggest you leave me alone. I will let my lawyer help me with the rest of the process. 

Several people including myself have already told you multiple times that you need to do all the further processing including paying the fee at ustraveldocs website. Did you even attempt to do it through ustraveldocs?? Everyone who answered you went through K1 Process and every single one of us has paid the fee and booked our interview through ustraveldocs website for our respective countries. Again, several of us have mentioned that. So unless you actually go ahead and try it yourself, nobody here has anything further to contribute. 
 
 
 

The website that @Timona posted is pretty simple. It seems that there are two separate processes; paying at the CEAC and paying for the DS160. 
That being said, there are no “so- called experts in here. There are people with varying degrees of knowledge. Most of them are really nice and willing to help, provided you don’t come with an attitude:

@JeanneAdil is good at K-1s, I believe. I'm not good at K-1 but the chart on that attached is straight forward.

I guess after a while the so called experts on here must get tired of answering questions. I’m probably not the only one who feels frustrated by this but I guess it’s a good thing that I do have a lawyer helping me despite the fact some say that lawyers are not needed. I posted a question about what paperwork was needed for my fiancée in the Philippines to pay for the ds160 fees. No one has bothered to answer this question so that brings me to believe that people must be getting tired of answering my questions or whatever the case may be. So I’m guessing it would be a waste of my time to ask for any further advice on this website and just work with my lawyer. Of course I can also go to youtube as well. Why even have this website if no one will give any more advice on anything. But at least I know where not to bother going now.

I admit that my posts have been sometimes offensive,  but I don't think this thread is one of those times......Geez....

You don’t get to dictate who can and cannot respond to your post. This is a public forum and it’s a violation of TOS to tell others to stop posting. FYI you agreed to the TOS when you signed up.

It's actually against TOS (Terms of Service, which you agreed to when you created your account on this site) to tell other members to not comment on your post. I see nowhere in my own comment where I was being judgmental towards you. I was factually and logically stating why it's very VERY unlikely for your fiancee to get flagged or even interrogated aggressively by CBP. She has a visa, which acts as proof of official permission granted by the US govt for her to enter under that particular visa status. Unless the CBP agent wants to make THEIR own life harder for themselves by questioning an official K1 visa, the agent will simply take the K1 visa as the official proof that it is and let her through. I asked the question about what a "trivia test" would accomplish to ask what logical reason a CBP agent would behave that way towards an incoming person who has the proper visa to enter.

With the exception of Adventine and Crazy Cat, thanks everyone for your replies and helping me to feel at ease. As for Adventine and Crazy Cat, I want to request that both of you refrain from responding to any more of my inquiries. I don't need either of your attitudes.
