Well guys, half my K1 journey done...just few steps left. Need to enquire...that Do I need my EAD? I filed for AOS couple weeks ago. Someone told me...after your AOS get approved and holding the Green Card...you're legal to work anywhere...

So kind of confused right now...should I apply for EAD as well..or just carry on with AOS only.

I was nervous very much....but one single mistake can make a big loss. So be very confident for the Interview..Pray about it...all will be good

No there is nothing to track your case...though you can email the US Embassy in Manila or call them regarding your Petition file..if they recieved or not.Don't forget to mention your Case Number to Embassy......Best wishes!!
