It takes 3 days to get 1st NOA and 10 days (estimate) to get the 2nd NOA letter which is your biometrics

Yep the tax return is very important document for your application but if you didn't filed ur taxes yet, just send off the last year Joint tax papers..no worries...:-)

You can file your I-751 within 90 days before your 2 yrs green card expires plus for N-400 you can file after 6 months when you get ur 10 yrs green card

you can add your case on the website when the USCIS will recieve your biometrics file... so just give 4-to 5 days...

You can check you status online when the USCIS will recieve your biometrics file....so no worries keep trusting Lord ;-)

for my I-751 form....USCIS website says that I need 2 passport size photos but, someone told me here in VJ that I do not need. So got confused do I need passport picture for my new gc or what next to do???

I am going to India to visit my family.. Just got my wife's passport changed over now she is getting the India Visa.

Do I need to do anything else? I have my passport and my green card. Can I get back in the USA with just that?

Please need helped very confused... Do I need to filled out some kind of form too?

I've my 2 years Green Card and next year in 2009 I have to go for Removing Condition papers....but before that me and my wife planning to go India my home country this month.....

So do I have to show some papers on Immigration? Is there some kind of difficulty will arrive on Check In for my India Visit?

Now me and my wife planning to go my home country India for vacations....Need to enquire, Do I need India Visa on my passport? or what do I have to do here? I still holding my Indian passport?
