I recieved my 10 yr Green Card today ........woohoooooooooooooo!!!! everything is good on it...thanks for all your support....I hope everyone get there approval, card soon....

He can't leave the country until he gets his 2 yrs Green Card on his hand. You cannot travel with an AOS approval letter else it will create problem. So just wait for his green card...than u ready for traveling

well approval letter says you will recieve your card within 60 days...so right now only 30 days gone....wait for more 30 days...than start beating USCIS doors....surely you will find the way...patience dude...we all standing in same boat....just waiting patiently..cheer up!!

In this kind of case surely the embassy will get more paranoid and suspicious on you guys...that ur sister trying to get an American Visa though u love the girl and ur sister loves the girl brother...I cant say much here...coz thats normal thing in every US Embassy. You can provide more evidence. And I believe you can hire lawyers guess only for Immigration when u filing papers in USA for ur citizenship but not for US Embassy Interview visa related issue..

they asked me nothing besides if im allergic of something...they already have a list of what vaccination they have to give. It was fine

After filing I-751 you will recieve NOA 1 year extension letter of your green card- and this letter will expire next year of your 2 year Green card issue date

USCIS don't accept any Po.O. BOX mailing address-they required physical address for all mailing informations

My Hubby and I met online we were friends for a while. Then we became something more. We finally sealed our love on Dec. 16,2006. The dress I had bought at a local laundrymat which was a bridal shop. Our wedding Invitations we made ourselves. After the Wedding we gave everyone a bookmark thanking them for coming to our wedding. It was a lot of fun. I put henna on my hands, for our wedding. We wrote our own wedding vows. Decorated my parent's house for our wedding. We bought blue silk cloth from Ikea. We now used the same cloth for our curtains. The wedding shoes I bought ballerina slippers off of ebay. I also bought biogradable rice shaped like hearts from ebay. We had a candle ceremony and a communion ceremony. Everything was beautiful. We took an ordinary Guest book tied ribbions to it. Then put our picture on it. We also bought 8 vases used fake wooden roses and tie ribbons. Our theme was Royal Blue, Silver and White. Everything worked wonderfully. We just had a pot luck for our reception. Well that was our wedding. Hope your wedding is just as magical as ours was.

Mostly the K1 petition takes 6 months of time for processing the case. I waited for 6 months...just be patience- not few but sometimes the large number of heavy documents make the case more smooth...I had 12 proof of evidence all in 400 pages book size, thoug i added 5,000 emails, text messages and vice versa -so no worries dude...sit n relax

Well your concern is absolutely right and whatever you told your friend I agree with that...2yrs green card i can understand but now u doing I-751 which is very important thing to do...and surely you don't want to miss it...her husband theory looks bizzare to me...but his wife needs to return back to USA as soon as earliest...thats what i can say here
