Wow, I would say contact your congressmen. They typically work on pushing such cases.
 
We, family of 4, applied for passport on June 1st (all routine and first time). All applications assigned to locator 35. My wife got her passport delivered on June 21st(under 3 weeks). My application and kids application are still in process. So, not sure what is the rationale of order and how it gets processed.

I checked the sheet and didn't see more problem.
If the file is locked then people will not be able to update their timelines.
We need to figure out a solution in order to prevent this mess happen again, anyone has any idea?

Didn't find the function to disable the filtering. Please let me know if anyone find it.
Another choice is to make people sign in otherwise they can't edit, unfortunately didn't find this function either.

Today I received the physical approval notice mail, although the case status hasn't been updated.
There is no more information about the card.
The last case status is still "card is being produced".

My 751 and my kid (751A) case statuses changed to “new card is being produced”.

We filed on September 2018, together with our dependent child. The case statuses stopped as “fingerprint fee is received”. Although we did our fingerprints on 7/1/2019, the statuses never updated until last night. 

My case status changed to “new card is being produced” last night.

Nebraska center received my 751 at 9/17/2018, then the case status kept showing “received the fingerprint fee”. It never updated to “fingerprint review is completed” although I did bio on 7/1/2019.

Reversely, I have lost the ability to show any reaction after a long term torture which is more than 1 year. 😔

I only focus on the 751/751A cases filed on September 2018 because I filed that time.
Before this month, all cases processed in Nebraska were transferred. It's impossible to be analyzed since their case number are not LIN-xxxxxx.
I did't check through the cases after the date when I filed.
