I'm filing the AOS for my K1 Fiancee, and I had a question about P3Q1:
"Have you ever applied for an immigrant visa to obtain permanent resident status..."

Does this refer to the K1 application/interview?

It's probably a silly question, but I want to make sure we get it right the first time.

Before our interview, my fiancee indicated where she wanted her visa delivered.  After the interview, she read the paper where it said to log on and register the delivery address.  We knew we had done it already, but just to be safe, we logged back on, clicked the box to change it, left the information the same, saved it, and logged back off.  When I log in now, the details of the interview are gone, so the address field is blank.  It gives me the option to schedule another interview, and the actual interview shows up in her history with status "scheduled".  Has anyone else had a similar experience?  I suppose I'll call them tonight during their help desk hours to make sure everything is entered properly.

I hate it when the source of an error is likely located between the keyboard and the chair.  Sigh.

NVC just received my packet.  How long has it been taking recently for them to assign a case number after receipt?

In June, my fiancee mailed me her signed letter of intent to marry and G325-A. Shortly thereafter, we had to postpone the K-1 process, but are ready to apply now. Because both are dated June, should I ask her to send those documents again with a more recent date, or are the documents I already have fine?
