They also touched my case at NOA1 and then touched and approved it 64 days later. You are in the average time period right now for CSC. Hang tight.

I started call NVC and speaking with a person following the 3rd day since my NOA2. Follow the prompts. Do not use the automated system because you K-1 cases are not tracked there. I had the best luck contacting them after 8pm. I plan to start calling again on Wednesday of this week to check status.

BTW, I also sent an e-mail inquiry, and today I received a return e-mail with my new case number and the explanation that my case is being worked on.

I need recommendations concerning which clinic is the best for my fiance and her sons. I also need to know what I should expect to pay for the medical exams.

I had this happen to me once when I was going through that process. I checked it again the next day and it had been corrected. It could be a glitch or they could have mis filed it. Check it again Monday and if the message still remains try contacting them to get it corrected.

Yeah I guess my post was a litle confusing.

It took only 8 days including the TG holiday for my papers to transit from the CSC to the NVC.

8 days including the weekend and TG Holiday. Seems like a good transit time and I thought I would just post it here if anyone is interested. B)

Do I need a DS-156 for a minor child of 6 years old. He obviously doesn't have a passport and is in his mothers. This is for Russia, Moscow Embassy.

I am happy, but I realize a touch doesn't really mean a whole lot. There are still a lot of hurdles to jump over.

I have not received e-mail notification of the touch. I have only observed it on the USCIS web site. Sorry I don't have anything to post for you.

For Nebraska (CSC) filers from May til present it looks like the overall wait is going to average out to 4 months (from what I can tell by looking at timelines, someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Actually, the average time right now out of CSC is right around 61-70 days. Thats for a petition without problems.

I work at the computer all day so I go and check it every couple of hours or so. I checked this morning before leaving the house and nothing. I checked again at 10 - nothing. But at 2 pm I checked and the date had changed so I know my files had been opened. (Touched) I don't know if this will generate an e-mail tonight or not.

Quick Question: when you pull up your account was the date changed or did you have to click on the Last update first and then it changed when you clicked on it? Thanks...Stinger

It was changed when I brought up the page, no action was necessary.
