If they want evidence that he intends to marry you, depending on your wedding plans, I suggest a letter from a Justice of the Peace that you have retained and paid for their services, along with a copy of a cashed check. Wedding ring receipts or a letter from your pastor are also good. These are all documents that show you are making concrete plans to marry. I personally used the letter from the JOP and the cancelled check. My wife and I have been married almost a year now.
