Others are able to track cases below or above them. I can't figure out where they find these stuff in the app. The graph is available but cases aside from your own account is nowhere to find.

Hi i saw that we have tha same consulate which is manila philippines and service center is california.. but i am a september filer... hope we can help each other or give tips to each other.

I totally agree. Too late to regret now cause we almost paid full for their service. We're just hoping for the best. Delays are caused by communication gaps. We thought it was the most convenient option but to our dismay, it lengthens the process. It was really us who provided almost everything. Good luck and Congratulations to you!

be careful with lawyers, the k1 process is very easy to do . you can follow guides here like i did and do your own paperwork. i've noticed its more slow when u hire a lawyer, i suppose because they have other customers. Goodluck

i got a RFE because they needed more info about where me and my fiancée met. it was a delay of 20 days or so.

make sure you send exactly what they ask . nothing more , nothing less. extra paperwork can delay the process or open extra questions for them.

My fiancé and I hired a lawyer. Documents took more than a month to be reviewed. They filed I-129F this August. Filed 8/15, notice of receipt 8/17. Law firm informed us 8/22. Hoping all for the best.

Hi everyone! Me and my fiancé filed for K1 visa last August. Well, the lawyer filed it on our behalf. Documents has been prepared since last June but they still reviewed all the papers for more than a month. Finally, they sent it last 8/15. They received NOA 1 8/17. We were informed by the lawyer 8/22.Waiting formally starts.
