Two years ago, we mailed I-865 after we moved but we didnt get any NOA for that, i see some people received NOA for I-865, Should I re-submit another I-865 with an explanation letter like "I submitted I-865 two years ago but I havent received any receipt notice so I am resubmitting this form"etc..

Hi, I just received my receipt notice for I-751, In order to check status online of my application I put my receipt number but it said, "This number is not exsist, please check for errors" I tried over and over again but its still same, Had anyone have this kind of proplem?

Hi Dear Friends, two years passed so fast, and I am back at VisaJourney again:) I would like to ask a question, ok, I will go to Europe in October for 2 weeks, We will mail I-751 in July, What happens if USCIS asks us for an interview while I am in Turkey! My wife will be in USA, so Can she request for to change interview date? I dont think there will be interview we have lost of, tons of papers to prove our marriage is true but you know this is USCSIS and its always good to be at safe side, right?

Hi Jesse, its really cool idea to post a new topic about Heavy Metal. As you guess, I am a '80s metal fan, because I started to listen heavy metal in '87 with Iron Maiden's Somewhere in Time, I really miss and love those times, oh man it was really cool because every band was releasing another boom! I mean Iron Maiden's Somewher in Time, WASP's Inside the Electric Circus, Live in the Raw, Judas Priest's Ram It Down, and much more, It was golden age of HM, in the '90s it went down all metal bands changed their style for example Metallica, even Iron Maiden changed its style a little bit, Alice Cooper, he changed too but there are some new bands those I really like to listen Night Wish, Maryln Manson, they are not bad. I will listen to Heavy Metal until the day I die, When I will be 90(of course If I live) I want to wear my Judas Priest t-shirt and to say "Heavy Metal Rules"

Dear Friends, I have a question about to apply to remove conditions on GC, well I heard that If someone received "conditional" Green Card without intervew then when it comes to apply to remove conditions USCIS calls for interview? Is this true? Has anyone lived this exprience?

Dear Friends, I want to ask a question about Green Card, I wonder, how is the procedure when we enter USA with our conditional Green Card? I mean, Do Officers interviews and ask questions and will we taken biometrics on the border( fingerprint and photo, signature)?. I heard Its possible they treat you like a regular B2 Visa holder, is this true? I wait answers from members who had exprince to enter USA with their GCs?

USCIS said they mailed welcome notice on Sep5, and mailed Approval notice on Sep. 11 but I didnt receive them yet but I received my GC today in mail. USPS forwarded it to my new address from old address.

Dear Friends, I received my Green Card today in mail but I surprised with it because It forwarded from my old address to my new address! I called USCIS and told them that my GC forwarded, even the costumer rep on the phone cant believe that happened, She said, It should be returned back to USCIS then I asked If there is a proplem she asked for my receipt number and she said If I got change of address confirmation letter then there is no proplem. I answered yes I got it too. In my opinion thats why GC forwarded because there is no sign or amblem that indicates about USCIS or Homeland Security, Its white plain envelope with first class mail stamp, thats all. Anyway I am happy to get my GC so quick, I didnt Welcome notice and Approval notice yet I got GC

Dear Friends, I called USCIS today and the costumer service rep said, If It has been 30 days and I still didnt receive any welcome notice or approval notice then I should call back USCIS again also I asked about which address do they have in their systems, the rep answered: This is a private information and I cant share with you. I called USCIS to know If they updated my new address in their sytems but It wasnt helpfull to call them. The rep. also said, If they mailed the letters to old address then all letters will be returned to USCIS back. Maybe they search for address change update in their database and they send my notices and GC to my new address.

Thanks for reply, thats what I heard from people they say its not helpfull to call and get info through USCIS costumer service. Some says If mail returns to USCIS then they search for change of adress in their database then they mail notices and GC to new address. Hopefully!

I contacted people who lives in my old address they said they didnt get anything from USCIS with my name on it. so I think the letters USCIS sent they probably all returned back. I tried to call USCIS costumer service but it confused me, which number on the menu should I dial for ask someone which address they have on their systems, because it says dial... for ask questions on your case, dial... for if you didnt get your welcome notice in 30 days, dial for...if you didnt get your GC in 60 days, dial..for request for change of address. I am totally confused. Should I dial number on the menu about request to change of address?
