LPR, Legal Permanent Resident, green card holder, if AOSing through marriage and married less than 2 years you're a Conditional Green Card holder.
Overall though, all mean you have a green card and are legal in the US with the green card.

When you do the medical examination and if marijuana is found in your system, do the doctors tell you or you learn of it at the interview?
