    Is this the same woman that applied for a K1 in 2011?

    and why would u try another K1 knowing it could happen again?

    if it is the same woman,  you 2 should have married,   spent a lot of time together and applied a CR1

     

    if it is not the same person,  then CO assumes u r green card shopping

     

    u know already what the denial sheet means

    means your 2nd K1 is denied
