Only the transcripts. The transcripts contain all the information submitted on the 1040 as well as information from W-2's.  No need to send anything other than the transcript.

On September 29th we sent off our massive packet to Jacksonville with all of our evidence. And then on October 14th my husband got a letter saying he had been approved and that the card will come shortly. But the card was also in the mail! So happy! Wanted to share.

I didn't include any social media content, only chats from whatsapp, I did the CR1, but should be similar

They don't want to know you are in love. They want to know you live at the same address. 😛 Do you both have driver licenses showing same address. Got the wedding invitation envelope addresses to both of you at same address? Copy invitation, envelope, and photo on same page.
 
Mom can write an affidavit saying she attended your wedding at [place] on [date]. 
You have lived with her at [address] since [date] and share a bedroom. 
You pay $___ /month to her for expenses and she pays all the utility bills. 
She is aware you travelled together to RI because she drove you to the airport. 
She can say she can tell you love each other very much...embellish a bit.
That kind of info in letter style that sounds like a sincere mom wrote it, not some lawyer with a template.
 

You are not a conditional resident because you have not received your green card yet, neither are you a permanent resident.
You are a K1 visa holder adjusting status. 1 d) is correct.

Ours is the same. Still says fingerprint fee recieved on Feb 27th. We have EAD but that's it. Thinking we will call too. 

Hi, my field office is also Orlando, I filed on March 14 and my i485 status is "ready to be scheduled for interview" since May... 

Just the regular 800 number on uscis website. Had to press a few selections then got routed to human. Yea they told me that mine was at local office. If that's true who knows. Give them a call. Make sure the person the green card is for is at the phone because they need to give permission for You to talk to them 

Hi everyone. As of today May 30th, we have heard nothing about our green card since Feb 28th. My husband has his EAD, but literally nothing about his green card. Not even an RIFE or interview date. I this isn't that unusual, but it's worrying to not hear anything at all. Thoughts? Thanks! 

Wow that's crazy. My husband only got his EAD last week, no update on green card or anything. Super annoying. 

No sorry, we did not take pictures at the wedding. We do not have wedding rings. There was no ceremony, no family attended. We went to city hall and got married and we will do the real ceremony when we have the money to do so. We don't even have money for a car right now because of student loan payments. I have had to pay for almost everything while we waited for the EAD. So you can see why we are panicking. All we have now is licenses with the same address, and he is an authorized user on my credit card. We are going to make a joint checking account together, but aren't sure if this is enough, since we don't have a lease or any insurance together. 

Hi everyone. We have no update on AOS yet, but are wondering what documentation we need for the interview? We can't afford to buy a car right now, and we live with my mom to save money so we have no lease agreement. I am
not sure about a joint checking account, maybe we can just authorize each other to use each other's accounts? My husband doesn't really have much money since he only just got his EAD last week. Can we use our lisences with the same address are proof? I can authorize him on my credit cards if that helps. We're just still trying to get our stuff together since we can't be finanically independent until he can start working and we can save money to move out. Any help would be appreciated thanks  But we are a real couple and are happily married. 

What about photos with you, your spouse and family members at different events/trips/etc? Bring some of those if you have them. A checking account will help. 

Lol am sorry to laugh, but you and i we are on the same boat ,, we also dont have lease but staying together . We are also real and happily married , good thing you atleast got EAD , get enough photos of you and family , Open asaving account together , yea put him on your credit card if insurance too is possible ,, goodluck 

Technically your timeline isn't similar at all!! The only thing that is similar is your Sent date. Allyrose got her NOA1 three weeks after yours... likely also had her biometrics three weeks after you did. Still she got approved before you. I noticed that right now EADs seem to get approved randomly. The backlog must've messed the processing times up. There is no consistency anymore whatsoever.

Got our approval notice for EAD today! Still nothing for AOS though.

Hi Allyrose. I think they generally print letters, forms and instructions from one of the few standard formats but you really have to look and ask at every thing "does this apply to me?"
So basically from your timeline I see your application is a marriage based adjustment and not an employment based one. Working for the same employer that sponsors you for you i-485 application is required when you're actually adjusting through your employer. I dont think this is applicable for your case. Enjoy working on the basis of your EAD until Green card comes up and overrides the EAD for two good years (atleast).

Hi everyone. We got an update on our EAD today, it says "Case was approved" and that they will mail us an approval notice. So this is good news! Once we get the notice, can my husband start working, or do we need to wait on something else? Also, still no progress on AOS, case still says fingerprint fee received. 

Me too. I really want to work. I often feel sorry for my husband that he has to pay everything and I'm like "you know that if I could I would pay half of the invoices and rent". I want to help him but I can't help him yet. But soon I can and I'm excited.
