have you try to call uscis and ask to speak to tier 2 officer they will be able to give you the date and time of OATH. even fax you over the letter

sorry that was mistake the last IL was August 14 2015. most likely the cut off date will be August 15 2015

they always say that. i call 4 time the day i got my interview date and i receive the answer that they still working with july 15 to call back in june. and them at 5 call they give my date over the phone

im from the dominican republic probably your embassy is busy. just keep calling you will get it this week.
