When your status changed to 'issued' it meant that they had just given it to the post office. Before that, it was still at the embassy.
Do you know when that was?
If it was less than a week ago, it probably still means it's getting shipped to your fiancé's place and you guys will be receiving it shortly!

My name is Sonia, 26, from Paris, France. My fiancé Anthony (27, originally from California) and I have been together for a little over 2 years.
We got engaged this past November (yay!), filed for a K1 visa on April 20th and got our NOA1 on April 28th! So currently waiting for our NO2 I added our timeline to the list today too!
