I think you shouldn't be in hurry to make the medical examination because the visa validity is determined from the date your medical exam done, so i suggest if you do the exam before your interview date by 3 weeks at least.
I did my medical exam at El Shorouk Hospital and they are good and didn't face any problems there.
it's going to cost you about 1800 L.E for all medical exams, X-Ray, Lab. & Vaccinations.

First of all thanks to God and to all VJ members for all the help and info. i got from here.
Today i had my interview done and got Approval for my CR1 Visa in US Embassy in Cairo, Egypt. And the interview was very easy just lasted for 5 minutes and the CO was very polite and cheerful.
 
I am just writing this to give a hope for everyone still in the process and to give an advice to be relaxed because i experienced how to be so nervous before the interview and just be well prepared.

So happy for you!! Thank you for your advice and as well your review, I read it earlier. Reading your review and other recent ones coming out of Cairo, has helped Ahmed and I feel much more confidant. We still have not gotten case complete at NVC, but hoping to get one soon. My interview will be on 28th February and i started to be anxious, I need your help especially who did their interview in US Embassy in Cairo, Egypt. 
What were the questions asked to you at the interview?
Please try to mention all the questions being asked so I can prepare myself for the interview.

I did my medical exam 4 days ago on 4th, Feb. at Al Shorouk hospital, it took 3 hours to complete everything.
Regarding vaccinations, they give MMR & Titanous.
Total cost was about 1850 L.E. ( Doctor's check + X-Ray + Vaccines + Lab. tests )
I should receive my medical exam results after 10 days from the time the exam was done.
