hello we are also waiting for our noa2 my case was approved last april 14,& until now we're waiting for our noa2,my fiance provide his w1040 for 2015 and his latest pay stub for 3, since we are still waiting he just need to update the pay stub

Hello,since its was a long wait we are patiently waiting for our K1 application,

April 1,2016 i129 f mailed

April 14,2016 we recieved a text from uscis the the packet is recieved

April 22,2016 we recieved noa1 hard copy

Until now we are still waiting for theNOA2, but yesterday april 1st noa1 filers recieved their noa2 yesterday

Thank guys for the reply,yea,I'm under the k1 visa,if there is no possible way to obtain the adjustment of status i will stay in the US tilli get my green card,and my fiancé will just come back here in Italy.

We are going to the states for our wedding,and since my fiancé is stationed here in Italy,we are coming to back to italy after our wedding,it's possible for me to adjust my status at the US consulate Italy?

He also used his cellphone number here in italy and he also put his work phone number,and since your applying for your K1 visa u need to provide your "non certificate of married CENOMAR "birth certificate,including your fiancé birth certificate......u can ask me if anytime.

Hello kris&me,we are in the same situation,my fiance is stationed here in italy,and also i work here in Italy,we already applied for the K1visa,and he used his APO address and already recieved our first "Notice of action"...And now we are waiting for the Letter if they approve our application.I will update you?
