Aishat919 got a reaction from Family in "2 years marriage" criteria for IR1/CR1
It's based on the amount of year's you have been married by the time your spouse enters the USA at point of entry. That is the determination of whether your spouse will receive a 2 years green card or a 10 years permanent green card

Aishat919 got a reaction from Redro in 221g after interview :( Accra
Trust me, I understand! i had no attorney and was put on AP with my husband first interview which took almost one year before we heard back from NVC & Uscis & the consulate. People can make honest mistakes. Just like I had submitted the wrong divorce certificate for my husband first marriage to the consulate. Mistakes happens. Now my husband is here with me and is having his citizenship ceremony soon! You're at the final stretch now; just relax! Lots of love 💕

You have a limited # of days to submit ACTUAL proof showing that the reasons for the NOIR is wrong
If you have ACTUAL proof and not just statements , you can respond to the NOIR
it may be helpful to read the following online site done by NOLO law
Many of us have had to deal with a NOIR or NOID
but even if you refile the I 130, you have to respond to the issues brought up in the NOIR statement

Aishat919 reacted to Crazy Cat in Nigeria Consulate Interviews 2019
You might try using the search function of this web site. There are many experiences regarding that embassy. Lagos is, historically, a difficult consulate. Good luck.

I have a flu right now so I don't have the strength to go thru this. I will watch the fireworks from the window.

Aishat919 reacted to O&GForever in Refused in 2015, reaffirmed, now in AP without interview? (split)
Your husband will need to go for another interview. The Ghana embassy has changed the process for scheduling reaffirmed interviews. Once the embassy has your case in their system, they will send you an email with instructions on how to schedule the interview. You will do it yourself, not the embassy. Just so you know interview slots fill up quickly, so you’ll want to check back often until you can get a date.
