You cannot seek those services together. EDA is once she's in the states. Expedite because she's 21 is not an expedite criteria.

And uscis does not have to return monies to you because you miss field forms. They still had to work on them and rule you out due to you missfiling.

I know although you weren't approved you did apply. I would have answered yes although it wasn't approved. They do extensive background checks and can see all people do or don't do. So if it was seen they would also see the cancelation.

Nothing ever goes as planned....

This is if you are approved AND if the name check isn't a delay. I purchased mine three weeks out after I was approved thinking my case would be as quick as others in DR. Two other K! were with me one got hers Next day the other got it the following week.
That maybe and that's a big MAYBE you can have them give it to you next day.
If you don't mind loosing the cash hey that's on you.
