As long as your name is on the travel document it does not matter who bought. Actual boarding passes are better than email confirmation ( those can be faked )

This is a process I am extremely familiar with, thank you.  No Embassy should do this.  Please provide the statement from DOS where they said they do this; perhaps there is a different interpretation to what they said?  Saying they deny a case if they have reasons to suspect something or don't believe in a relationship is a far cry from saying they will deny a case just to see if the applicants will continue to pursue it.

***Update for anyone interested in this thread***

My fiance got through to a very helpful tier 2 officer who advised that, yes, a NOID would be sent. However, there is the chance for us to fix this if we submit everything as requested. (Thank our lucky stars)

Most interestingly a NOID has not yet been printed or sent, so no idea where the other tier 1 and tier 2 got the 7th of July from?!?

We will receive this decision officially by Aug 9th (a response to our "out of processing" request) and then we can submit the evidence in accordance with what the NOID states.

So all in all, everything is not lost!!! I am so thankful and I am really grateful for all of the help and support that everyone has provided me/us with today.

Thanks again! and let's hope we can finally move forward. If this new information turns out to be questionable then who knows but, for now at least, I feel like we are getting somewhere.

    Probably zero.
Marriage have nothing to do with. You have 1 visa denied already. Being married to Us citizen will make it even harder to get a b2 visa.

Spouse visa process takes over a year. You cannot spend that much time in the US even with  2 visa.

So in my opinion your plan is pointless a d since you already filed k1 I'd stick with it.

We need more information. What country are you from? It is fine to get married and file for spousal visa, however you need to spend more time together to show  relationship. B visa is not based on anything other than your ties to your home country. Being married can actually be a deterrent. If I am reading this right, you were engaged even before you met? Is that correct?

This is still visa fraud. I think the whole point here is she is engaged and already planning to immigrate. I realize technically she can study, get married and go home for CR1 but as it stands her intent is to immigrate and you cannot do that on the F1.

In Georgia it only takes a couple of days. My fiancee entered October 14 and we were married in simple ceremony on Oct 18. Check at your local state or county office for marriage license regulations.
Not that it happens often, but your fiancee can still be refused entry at POE. Visa in hand does not guarantee entry into the country. Not a happy thought but that is the rule. The customs officer will decide if your fiancee is let through immigration.

Take the written test, get learners, then schedule and take driving test for real. My wife waited a week between test and driving test so she could practice in my much bigger vehicle. If you are comfortable in the car you use, as soon as you take pass the written test, go online and schedule the driving test. She had her Ukrainian dl but it was not an international dl, so we were just careful, can't afford any strikes during this process )))))
