I think the biggest thing is whether or not the website sends you personal contact information. My wife and I met on a dating site, when we disclosed this in our "explain how you met"  we said we met on _______ site., after chatting there we decided to share our personal email addresses.  Even though it was not a IMB, we still sent in a printed copy of the terms of service

i do not think specific embassies can decide that. Co sponsor is a USCIS thing, not a particular country thing

I'm guessing from the title they don't intend to return, and this poster is looking for anyway. To me this post rings airs of using student visas to eventually overstay or attempt to adjust. Deny it but what's being asked is can you use a student visa to bring your children over fast instead of waiting years n line, which you now have intent to commit fraud by using a student visa program with intentions over staying and adjusting.

So you applied to go to UK just last year and lied to get a immigration benefit. Then you meet a US citizen and you started a relationship.

Is she aware that you were trying to go to UK and you lied to try to get there? Looks to me and probably a CO Visa shopping for sure.

Will they may or may not cross check. You choose to roll the dice.

But why the big lie to visit UK or did you have someone up there you trying to see also?

there was an etc after that. I was speaking generally. However $1000 a month of expenses for a couple is not a ridiculous amount. Not to mention the fare here, the upcoming AOS, ROC etcetera fees.
Married couples pay an average of $717 in annual premiums. They also have an average deductible of $8,113

    This is an expensive process
I wasn't trying to tell them not to do it, just trying to make a fellow VJer aware of what was coming up. Sorry if you disagree but I was being realistic. My wife and I planned and planned and saved before we took this step and it was still difficult to maintain budget
Is beneficiary young? What will auto insurance cost ??? Please do a little math and get a realistic number of what your minimum living expenses will be and discuss it with your fiance/spouse before the big step )))))

How many married couples have ended up separating, divorcing before, or divorcing after * having countless issues where immigration times are the smallest portion of it*  all because of *not loving and carrying for each other enough and not being mature enough to survive few months apart*  and the depression and anxiety created from being in a *miserable relationship that if it didn't survive immigration process, would probably fall apart anyway* ?

This has been heavily discussed. Can't find the "mega" thread on it right now though. RFE's wil still be given, this just allows USCIS to reject applications missing major items instead of holding up the process for others. Immediately blaming someone else for their own mistakes is unreasonable and honestly people try to do it too much. Ensure your packet and information is done correctly the first time and avoid issues. Take personal accountability. Simple stuff.

Honestly, It doesn't suck. It is there for a reason. I feel for you guys but I think the requirements are to low. 22,000 a year is barely enough for one person without all the government fees involved with K1 visa and supporting your new spouse for 6 to 8 months before he or she can work.  Good Luck finding your co sponsors

You CAN get married on a tourist visa as long as you do not overstay and you return home after the wedding.  People do destination weddings all the time.  What you CANNOT do is enter the US on a tourist visa with the intention of marrying, staying and adjusting status.  That is immigration fraud.
