My fiance is Italian, but he is currently living in China. So on I-129F where it says his address abroad, should I attempt to write that in Chinese characters? It looks impossible... I have sent him mail with the address in English. Is that sufficient since China accepts mail written in English?

I'm working on my I-129F. I already created a supplement page for question 34a. My fiance's address is too long to fit in the given spaces. Should I create two separate supplement pages? Or can I put both info on one page?

Hi! I have read so many forums, but I'm having trouble finding help with my situation. I appreciate any advice!

My boyfriend is Italian, but working in China as an engineer. He would like to move here and have a job so we can live in the same country for awhile before marrying. We are considering the following options.

1. Applying for a fiance visa, then work permit, and green card

2. Having him come on the visa waiver program, get married, and return to China while we work on applying for the green card.

3. Looking for a company to sponsor a H1-B then after he is here, getting married 6-8 months later and applying to Adjust Status and then for the green card.

My question is, if we are able to find him a job with a company who has the H1-B approved, can he come here and get married while on that visa? Then can we just change his status/pursue a green card?
