When are interview dates given?

they are assigned you will receive an email with the date or you could call NVC

this will all happen once your case is complete

I had forgoten to update on my status my interview is July 27th if someone could update me in the spreadsheet

Thank you So after my case reaches NVC everything goes by faster? I see you got your interview in like two months and a few days from approval!! Hope I get mine that soon.

For Mexico everything has been really quick. I got my Case complete 4 days after my scan date.

Just be sure to have all your documents ready and the process will be very quick.

Yaaaay! Congrats. There's not a lot of nay filers from Mexico on VJ or maybe there are but they haven't been seen. Glad to have someone accompanying me haha congratulations!!!

How did you find out when your interview was?

Called and got my Case complete May 25, 2016

My Scan Date was May 20, 2016

So I just got off the phone with NVC and he told me that it takes up to 42 days to get our case in the system and get a case number. They recieved our case on May 20th. Wow 42 days is longggg.

Dont worry it doesnt take that long the first week i was told that i should call back every 3 to 4 days. During the mid second week I was told i should call everyday.

I would recommend calling early Ive had the best customer service in the morning.

I am a november filer i havent been active in this forum but my case was approved on the 7th of April and i got the hard copy on the 11th in the mail I have been calling to get a case number and have been told its up to 35 days from the approval date. I called on Monday and was harshly scolded by a man because i called to ask for the number the man said it would take up to 42 more days or however many the national visa center felt was nessasary so i might as well get confortable when i asked to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me. is this a typical thing that i should expect while being processed by the nvc? can my case take longer because of this?

I sent I-130 form and included All nessasary forms to apply for K3 Visa
According to My local Congressman they contacted USCIS and was told I would hear whether my I-130 would be approved in April

I applied for a K-3 visa for my husband last November i recently found out that i could put in a i-129f in as well is this form required i am supposed to hear back in April which is a couple of months away. Please Help
