WOW! I knew it was random approvals but I am truely shocked by what I saw....there really is no pattern or logic to this whole process...unbelievable. I am so sick and tired of this waiting game, and our hands are tied in this situation.

I too was quite taken back by Dilanas comments. I really Like Ryan...he has really come around the last few weeks. Lucas was good for a while but he seems to be slipping a bit...could be an interesting finale. I usually dont get all into reality shows but this one pulled me in. They have some great talent.

The wait is not you tob with your love. You can fly to his or her country and be with your love. The wait is for them to enter US. The wait is to ensure that you can take care of them in US, they dont have any criminal background and they are safe for the community they are going to live in. What do u think is the proof of a long standing relationship. You may feel strongly in the proof but the USCIS has to evaluate those. So the wait

The wait is not because USCIS is trying to ensure that we take care of them or to check backgrounds. Where on earth did you come up with this logic? The wait is due to the sheer incompetence of USCIS and their implementation of IMBRA. If you filed before March, the average wait time in Nebraska was 60 days. The average wait time in Vermont was 30 days. That proves the wait we are now experiencing (not 3 months my friend, we are at 5+ with no end in site not to mention the additional 6-9 months we face at the consulate in Mexico) has zero to do with the work they are doing and 100% to do with their ineptitude.

HERE!HERE!!! KITKAT!! Tell it like it is! IF it was as simple as a background check, WE (beneficiaries and petitioners for that matter) would not be sitting here with our lives on HOLD!

Okay so the whole criminal record check thing I got figured out except one thing. I traveled the UK for about 2 1/2-3 months back in 2001. Do I need to get a criminal record check(finger printed) for this? I dont have and criminal record anywhere..but wanted to make sure I did everything correctly. Any advice on this please?

We are march filers and no touches since RFE on July 17th....feeling the pain..not to mention how is consumes your everythought, and you find yourself stalking your own email just hoping to see the NOA2 approval.....

I sent our I-129f to NSC and it arrived on 7/24/06 What is totally bizare, I got an NOA1 from CSC that dates our "Receipt" at 7/26/06 No transfer notice. I still don't know if this is normal but pray it's all for real

Yes this is for real. They still tell you to send it to NSC but then they will transfer you to CSC. We did get an email stating the transfer..and you still might as well..but this has become the norm. Goodluck in the process...

<Lawyers suck. Sorry, if anyone here is a lawyer...But, that profession is losing credibility on a daily basis.> This is so unbelievably true. We hired a immigration lawyer to help us out with this whole process..and as soon as we filed, and paid a nice chunk of change for her assistance, the whole IMBRA fiasco took place, she had the *brilliant* idea to tell my fiance to have me come there (to the US)and we just get married...he had to explain to HER no less..that, that would be illegal..her respose was *yeah it may cause some problems at the border* Gee you think?!

This whole process really burns my a**! We should be through this ####### by now..and then I see people complaining cause they have had to wait since may or june. My fiance and I have decided if this is not done by January..then we are going to cancel and then try to have him come to Canada...cause I really cant take much more..we have already been apart to long....sorry I just felt like I needed to rant..thanks for reading....

CSC acknowledged my 2nd RFE.

Meanwhile, jpine is getting "felt up". I think he will be approved any minute, following his 2nd RFE and touches.

This would be good, because I am right behind him on the 2nd RFE thing.

We are up to at least 140 something...I really try not to count anymore. It will be exactly 1 month tomorrow since we were touched and since they got our RFE..which means 1 more month before we can call them and find out why they cant seem to pull their head out of their #######! But after seeing how long others have waited...I really have no place to talk...I really hope this part of the nightmare is over soon...

You cant tell but our hands are raised here as well!!!! Hope someone at CSC notices soon..this whole thing is getting really old....so frustrating and great that other after us are getting responses but we have not been touched since they recieved our RFE july 18....

So this morning I was looking at my email and there it was..an email from my fiance saying we got our NOA2 . BUT then I woke up..it was just a dream...DAMIT!!!!! Man not only does it consume my everythought when I am awake but now the USCIS have entered my DREAMS! Well here is hoping the wait will be over for all of us very soon!

You can add us to the B list...we have noa1 date March 24th, RFE recieved by CSC july17 we were transfered from NSC to CSC june 1 great job..thanks for taking the time to do all this work.....

We have our RFE date received by CSC as July 17th and still nothing as well..fingers crossed something will happen soon..Its bittersweet to see people who have just applied in may and june getting noa2 and we applied in March....hopefully any day now...
