My advice for your wife (and for yourself too) is to be patient and be busy on something else and you will realize later that all good things come to those who wait. Well, after 1 SR and 1 congressional inquiry, we FINALLY got my wife's EAD/AP card two weeks ago. Went to the SSA office to have her name changed on her card yesterday.

Question for you: I see that you're a fellow K1 adjuster whose case is being handled at the Philly office. Have you seen any progress with your AOS application beyond "fingerprint fee has been received"? Did you get a letter about a potential interview waiver? I'm concerned that it's been over four months with no status update and my wife's medical exam expires in January. Any luck with your AOS yet?

Hey, sorry it took a very while to respond back. My EAD/AP was approved July 23 and received it a week later. Then another week later, I received an interview notice to be scheduled for an interview at the Mount Laurel, NJ office. I got approved on the interview and received the card on September 23. Very easy interview and she forgave me for not bringing me a lot of evidences and since I was scheduled at NJ office, there weren't any backlogs and delays as compared to Philly. They "accidentally" placed me in NJ instead in Philly.
