If she is released, then she has a right to go home.  Unless there is a court order preventing her from returning home, she has a right to be there.
 
Since she has not AOS, an arrest for domestic violence can derail any future attempt.  It doesn't matter if you do not pursue this, she must still report the arrest and it's dissolution on her AOS.
 
If she is turned over to ICE, then she will be deported and there is nothing much you can do.  She can not file for AOS if she is in removal proceedings.  
 
Keep the recording to protect yourself.  She has already accused you of abuse, so be careful.
 
You really put her in a bad position.  Bringing her to the US and making her an illegal alien who can't work or do much else.  Maybe the isolation and lack of status affected her mental state.

Nice try, swing and a miss! I know it rankles The Donald's fan base, but his campaign was modeled on the Hitler scapegoat gambit. That is not accusing The Donald of being the next Hitler, nor minimalizing what Hitler actually did, by action there is no comparison, the similarities are in the strategy to gain popularity.

Sigh. There are any number of reasons why the courts are against such apprehensions near courthouses, all of them relating to the fair, equitable and speedy administration of justice. Everyone who is in the US and subject to its jurisdiction has the right to due process and protection of its laws. That means people need to be able to pursue justice on their own behalf, as well as on behalf of others as a witness. It means they need to be able to be prosecuted for offenses when they are not in police custody (traffic tickets come to mind). It means that a person who is subject to subpoena will actually show up in court to testify. If people are afraid they will be arrested, they will not show up to court. This stymies the courts' ability to conduct proceedings with what they call "judicial economy" -- taking care of cases as quickly as possible, and reducing the costs of having to continue hearings, issue bench warrants, etc. This is a practical matter.
 

Actually there is evidence that the Russians hacked the DNC. Those hacks were then strategically leaked during the campaign.
 
Donald Trump didn't simply acknowledge that the Russians hacked the DNC, he applauded and encouraged them.
 
Of course as word began to get out about his ties to Russia he flat out contradicted himself. Since on this and so many other issues Trump takes one position or stance, then later a polar opposite position or stance which can only mean he was wrong or dishonest at one point or the other, people who find Breitbart credible seem to find Trump also credible.
 
McCarthyism was brought up by Trump, emitting one of many Tweets regarding his regurgitated Breitbart hacking claim. Comey was more than clear, nothing to the claim.
 
Reasonable people, myself among them, can agree Russia interfered with our election process. Ditto that there is a pretty massive web of ties between Donald Trump, many of his subordinate's, that may or may not mean anything regarding Russian influence during the election. The lies and dissembling from Trump and his people might be keeping this issue alive.
 
Regardless Trump is tanking as far as his popularity goes. In a word, at best Donald Trump sucks.

We know you heard Trump say he wants a Muslim ban during the campaign. I am not moved by this ridiculous back peddling and selling it as
travel ban. It is what it is and what it was always meant to be. A campaign promise and now he is repackaging it as having to do with
security travel ban. Give me a break.

God fearing White Supremacists attack, lie, cheat and steal you blind, all while debating if you are really a full human being, wiping out your culture, killing off the game you relied on for thousands of years, polluting your air, polluting your water, giving you a small slice of territory you already possessed forever contractually/by treaty between sovereign's unless it is later determined there is something on or under it.
