A cousin does not qualify for the I-864A as a household member so they would complete an I-864. If they qualify based on income then assets do not have to be listed. These I-864 FAQ's may also be helpful >>> http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3183.html
The petitioner completes an I-864 regardless of income.

Divorce and move on. Sort out the immigration issues separately. Don't accept this type of behavior.

Have they seen your resume/CV?   Does that have your educational attendance dates?  There are many ways to determine a person's age.  Also, there is likely a background check with probationary employment period where they can dismiss you.  It's likely to come out.  Why delay the inevitable?

It may put a bit more scrutiny on you and the new person.  May raise a few additional interview questions.   But life happens.  Just be sure to answer truthfully in the future and tell any new person about the K1 petition as it would likely come up in the interview.

You sound very desperate to go to the USA.

    Why are you so desperate?

Doesnt sound like your circumstances have changed, will be easy decision for a 3rd denial.

Correct.  Treat the filing like three separate packages, but put all three packages together.  Three cover letters, three of your birth certificates etc. one for each immigrant's stack.   Remember the wife's birth certificate comes later but he children's are needed now, as evidence they are your wife's children.  Three separate checks as well.

Passport photos are NOT needed for any immigrants who are outside the USA, and your wife need not sign the I-130a for the same reason.  You did STUDY the I-130 and I-130a instructions that state these things quite clearly, right?

No, and don't sweat it.  It's nothing to worry about.  You'll need a medical check and that is part of it.

If you/ your partner didn't send a fee, the application will be rejected.

Best to start reading vj, the guides, forums, etc. For your best interest, it's important to know how everything goes, what's needed, others experiences before filing again.

A scrapbook will most likely be returned, as it is not easy do disassemble and put it in uscis records. A YouTube link won't be useful either.

I just did something similar.  Each application needs to stand alone.  I would include a copy of the divorce certs for each I-130, the marriage cert for each. Pretty much short of the evidence, I would include everything in triplicate, especially if it establishes your relationship with your wife thus with your stepkids...   I included a copy of my divorce decree, of the marriage cert, of my citizenship proof, and each person's birth cert for each I-130

Sibling wait time is longer.  Not an immediately available visa.  There is no immigration bond.

See this for priority dates.  Going to be 13 years or more.   https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin/2017/visa-bulletin-for-june-2017.html

Nope, don't get married because that will add time to your process.  You will throw away the initial filing fee and get to start again with the I-130 spouse petition.   Go and have the engagement ceremony.  Take lots of photos.  But be sure it is the engagement ceremony, with photos of her family and your family ( or stand-ins) doing the traditional ritual.

DO NOT DO THE MARRIAGE PAPERWORK AND SIGN THE BOOK AT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICE (that's the only thing that makes a legal marriage in VN).  You can have a nice party too with family and friends.

The folks at the Consulate know what it ought to look like so don't try to "sneak" something by.  Don't talk about each other as husband and wife.

Very wrong.  Married is married anywhere in the world.  You can have a party, but not a wedding.

VN is one of the tougher places for family visas.  Spend some time reading in the Vietnam regional forum to learn the ins and outs.  Don't get tripped up.

Instead of wedding, I can suggest that you could get engagement ceremony done in June in VN. Unless you have already done engagement ceremony.

For K1 interview in VN embassy, engagement ceremony and photos are very useful to prove your legitimate k1 visa.

There is no place to submit any proof of income or assets.   What you can do is bring that proof with you to the interview and tell the adjudicating officer that you have it if they would like to see it. Having the house book and any other documentation of strong ties to VN may be useful.   Don't go in there and shove papers through the window.  Just let them know you have it.

I am not going to write the letter for you but will tell you what it must contain
    1. Name, address and date of birth of father
    2. Same for mother
    3. Same for child
    4. MUST state he agrees (or is aware of the mother's plans and does not object to) to PERMANENT RELOCATION to the UNITED STATES.
    5. state that the purpose is to obtain a K-2 visa and that the letter is valid until..........(child's 18th birthdate) for all travel to and from Canada (or whatever country) and the USA (we need this letter for our youngest son whenever we visit Ukraine, you will need it even after he has a green card
Anything else it says is fine and what ever format you want to use really shouldn't matter as long as all the information is included therein. The letter should be notarized and you need a copy of the photo and signature page of the father's passport (or other government ID) to attach to it.
Give the consulate the ORIGNAL and a COPY. DO NOT leave without being returned the original, or if you must send it, then get TWO original signature letters as you will need it in the future also.
