Abbyerin got a reaction from MrsWoodsy in AOS July 2016 Filers
Nipperswife - Alot of people's are still invalid until they get updated. It just happened, they didn't get put into the system correctly or there was a glitch or something - I don't know. All three of mine weren't working until the cases got approved. So right now my AP and EAD is approved and been sent to me. Before this, They were "invalid numbers" until they updated. My I-485 still doesn't work but it should update once it's been approved.
Mrs Woodsey - Don't worry! I'm right there with you. My I-485 number doesn't work - Just comes back as invalid. I have the USCIS case app to check it easily everyday. Do you have this?
MY EAD and AP were invalid until approved and then they started working and I could track things.

I re-read what I put and apologize. I meant if they divorced and they still claimed to be married. I hadn't written the full sentence, sorry for any confusion.

    Exactly what Jojo said!
If you applied for removal of conditions after divorcing/separating then you are being fraudulent.

It's not a problem, those chats are secondary evidence. You need to send photocopies of passport stamps you both have in your passports. Any flight tickets you both have when you went to see each other.
Online chats/letters etc are secondary so it's best to make sure you have proof of meeting in real life. Then the online chats/letters show that you're maintaining that relationship.

I got all that stuff and the people at the U.S embassy weren't bothered about it. They just wanted the last three years of tax returns. I gave them 2013/2014 and 2015 tax returns and the last W2 form and that sufficed.
    Good luck and don't worry!

Abbyerin got a reaction from MsCompE in How to explain 2 months of missing Chat :(
Don't worry! When I filed for K1 I didn't even send those things. I sent 5/6 pictures with both our names on the back, the date and the location of the picture. I then sent all our passport stamps and flight tickets and my I-94 to prove how many times I came to the states. Me and my now husband had seen each other like every 3 months for 2 years so there were plenty of evidence there. If you've not really visited each other much then that's okay. Like everyone said, send what you have. So any chat logs/letters with a postage stamp that states the date etc will help.
Don't worry, you'll be fine. Good luck!

Since USCIS is accusing you of fraud, it's time to get a competent immigration lawyer involved. This is not a do-it-yourself case any longer.

    Congratulations!
You should post your embassy review on the embassy info page for reviews also.

When I applied to AP with my AOS forms I added a separate page explaining my reasons for AP (It says you need to put this on a separate sheet). I have no pressing issues right now to leave the states however, I put on the paper that I was applying for AP incase of a family emergency. That was my reason for applying for my AP and it was just for emergencies. It generally is best to try and wait until you get your green card until you travel out of the country, just to be on the safe side.
(Non-US ladies) Remember as well, If you're traveling on your passport with your maiden name and your green card is in your married name then you'll need to bring your marriage certificate as proof of your name change. The reason why is, your plane ticket would say your maiden name and your passport would too. However, having your green card in your new married name will flag up and they'll want proof of this change. Happened to my sister in law and I've read on forums here it's happened to other people. To some people it may seem like common sense but it's so easy to forget these things and then it's a pain in the ### at immigration. Hope this helps.

Abbyerin got a reaction from entertained777 in Visa Approved yesterday but CEAC status says Administrative Processing
Don't worry! Most visa's goes into AP after the interview. Mine went into AP for a few hours and then it changed to "Issued" it just them doing their little checks and whatever magic they do over there. Once it says "issued" then it will be either delivered or you pick it up from the destination you chose. Generally takes about 7 days after your interview to have your passport in hand.
I understand a few people have said it's bad but it's also just normal. You'll have your passport back in no time and you'll be with your love

Mojogirl is right! It's very hard to expedite an application even for people that really need it. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't even be looking for work at this moment. Your social security number is only used for work if you've got your EAD. In this case you've not got your EAD so if you haven't got it by 19th September then you won't be able to work. If you do it under the table and get caught then you could be deported or anything! It's not worth the hassle. You're best to wait until you get your EAD then look for a job/start a job.
Chances of your case being expedited are quite low unless the job is needed (Skilled medical surgeon etc). You can try but it's probably best to wait. I'm sorry for being a negative Nancy but I'm just trying to help.
