Nitas_man reacted to Ahava in RFE for Tax Transcript for past 5 years
Good thing, you have your return with you. Although transcripts are more official, returns with your signature and explanation can work as well ( if your 2016 transcript can not be ready by the deadline)

Nitas_man reacted to Adventine in SSN requirement for medical insurance
I don't have an SSN or ITIN and I got added to my husband's Cigna health insurance without problems. You may just need to escalate to a supervisor.

She cannot. Add her “pending receipt of SS number” and if they say they cannot ask them how they cover newborns until they get their number issued. When they blah blah blah explain then say there’s your answer.
There is a limited window after marriage. Take advantage of it.
She doesn’t need a number to be added to health insurance

Nitas_man reacted to Lil bear in Class B on visa
It’s an alert promoted by the medical report .. immigrant will be contacted by the county or state health dept after arrival for follow up. Definitely not a show stopper or reason for CO to refuse the application.

Nitas_man reacted to StellaGB1 in Class B on visa
I’ve seen it a couple of times.
It’s ok I spoke with a CBP officer and he said it won’t cause any difficulties and just means my paperwork will get annotated differently behind the scenes at POE, it won’t change anything on my end.

Nitas_man reacted to canadian_wife in Bomb drop...in-laws want to immigrate to USA. HELP
The thing that jumps out to me is the assumption mother/father and sister will all immigrate at the same time. If this is the case, then all will come in around 10 years (sibling visas take that long)
If parents come first, you will be looking at supporting and (possibly) living with mother/father for years until sister arrives on her sibling visa.
Am I looking at this correctly?

Nitas_man got a reaction from laylalex in The Trump Card: Group reveals 7-point plan to reinstate Trump in 'days, not years' that includes installing him as House Speaker and ousting Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
I did ask what lobbying the government has to do with encouraging those who wish to stand for their choices. No reference from my side to needing, wanting, or asking for anything from the government.
I DO advocate lobbying for the MAGAs. Enthusiastically. Endlessly.
It’s working.

Wasn’t talking to L
? What is the relationship between (enthusiastically) supporting people’s individual choices and lobbying the government ?

Okay, I'm an idiot. I clicked on that dropdown box knowing full well it was an embedded image.

So you are suggesting Covid19 was purposefully put out to rid the world of those you would consider idiots? Seems a bit condescending, and I don't think the Vid has quite the large mortality rate for your purposes.

Nitas_man reacted to donna777 in My interview is next week but just discovered errors in the application
Yes I've made a complete list of every single tiny thing that is wrong. I have also sent it to the lawyer, and I definitely wouldn't try to go along with it at the interview. I'll definitely take your advice and let them know right away at the interview. We had several forms returned in the beginning for one problem or the other, arghhh this lawyer. I think somewhere they resubmitted these documents and when they wrote them again they just completely messed up. Because it really is so unlike me to have not seen these mistakes. Anyway thank you so much, its a week away now...so guess we'll find out soon enough

No. The passport form DS11 lists what they can use. My daughter’s passport came before her N600 (and N600 is optional).

No problem. It happens. I'm a (strawberry) blonde, kind of goes with the territory.

Told you days ago it was the Mayo model
The most important thing to share is that those scary vaccines are causing this, and masks are ineffective. If you say something enough times it eventually becomes truth right? LOL

Nitas_man got a reaction from Joe Kano in FDIC - $250,000 Limit clarification
It’s 250 per depositor. So a joint account is 500k
That 250k? No matter how many accounts its divided into that’s the limit
Add a spouse or use two banks

Maybe so, but I don't want to go to the bank and rely on one persons opinion or answer, I have found getting independent and non biased answers help me find the real answer.
I am thinking for a single depositor you are only insured up to 250K per bank. Regardless of how many accounts you have in that single bank.
