  2. Studentss,

I am confused at your question. I assume your petitioner's income is not enough. In that case, you would need to have a sponsor. Depends on the relationship between the petitioner and the sponsor person, one must select the correct AOS form for it. Best wish.

    Regards,

    TrauCon

  3. If your spouse were also immigrating, then you would answer yes. If your spouse is just travelling with you, the answer is no.

You need to receive particular vaccinations prior to entering to U.S. based upon your age. See https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/Print/PolicyManual-Volume8-PartB-Chapter9.html (scroll down to section D to see the age-specific list). If you do not currently have them (and the documentation to prove you do) you can answer no and say that you will get them done prior to the interview.

my spouse is my petitioner so she is just traveling with me she is already U.S citizen am i right?

    thanks a lot gryphon

  4. If your husband went on that vacation and lived there permanently (I assume he didn't) then put that address there. Now if he went on vacation like everyone else for a few weeks and went back home then that wasn't his permanent address. No need to include vacations. Only permanent address that your husband lived.

    thanks a lot MrsBurgz,

he only went to his home just for three months he lives here abroad permanently and will go from abroad to USA if God wills, but we did our marriage in that three months vacations and we put every detail in G325A that's way i am a bit worried if they say you put one thing in G325A and here in DS-260 another detail

if read this , before obtaining your PCC, you had to get a letter from embassy either its your won indian or US embassy or may be not required there i don't know

    Police Records

Police clearances are available for Saudi citizens and resident third country nationals. Saudi citizens currently residing overseas must return in person to process the police clearance.

Saudi citizens and third country nationals residing in the Kingdom process the police clearances by first obtaining a police clearance request letter from U.S. Embassy Riyadh, U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, or U.S. Consulate General Dhahran. This police clearance request letter, signed by a consular officer, must be attested by the Saudi Ministry of Affairs (current fee is SR30). The applicant must then appear personally with a passport-sized photograph and a national ID or residency permit at the regional Criminal Investigation Department for fingerprinting. Fingerprinting for women is done in a separate room. The police clearance should be available for collection after a week or two.

Maybe you need to post this question on the regional forum so other members from Pakistan can be of better assistance to you. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/91-asia-south/

  9. hey everyone,

    i have a question Please

i am living abroad so i need to obtain PCC from abroad country too, for that you have to go to embassy to obtain first from them the letter then you take that letter to the ministry and get it certified from them and then will go to police station to get the PCC, my question is " to obtain first the letter" which embassy you will go to.

your own embassy or US embassy for example i am from pakistan so i have to go to Pakistan embassy to obtain first of all that letter " OR" should i go to USA embassy to obtain it from US embassy because my somalis freined told me that i should go to the US embassy becuase the NVC wrote to him like this in his welcome letter and in my wlecome letter they did not write to me to obtain the letter from us they just say " you will send us PCC
