So after our CC I get an email last night with a checklist. Called NVC and they said we do not have to send anything to them just bring our 2015 tax transcripts to the interview. Which I have and we will take them but I have included our taxes to the packets.

They stated that the I-864 from our joint sponsor is not complete/correctly filled out but we do not have to send anything to them???

Such a weird checklist freaked us out!

this is exactly they did to us too, they sent us email while we were busy in celebration our CC and we when called to them they said we don't have send to them anything except 2015 tax IRS transcript schedule to bring it to the interview

i have some Q please from interview waiting people

1. do you guys are doing vaccination if YEs , so which kind of vaccination is needed and medical exam too?

2. here in Saudi Arabia on US embassy Riyadh website written that documents which the interview letter mentions you have to mail them by Express (Recommend SMSA Courier Express mail)

I don't know you have to give the documents face to face to interview officer or you will mail them

Note: this webiste of US embassy is Updated on Jan 28, 2015

they will issue the passport with visa in it,after 4 working days,or in a week time.

OH yeah this is what we were discussing here in Saudi Arabia, weakly holidays are Friday and saturday and on sunday every embassy and bank is opened

We Called NVC today

They Gave us interview Date 18 Sept

But we did not get the letter yet , the lady said that they will send us notification for it

Scan date 6 July

CC date 3 August

Interview Date 18 September

Either they lost the tax documents or what you sent in wasn't sufficient.

I know you used a sponsor, Was the sponsor's income used on the I-864?

Yes, we have Joint sponsor so we showed everything of both the Last three tax and income on the form I-864

we wrote everything there but i don't know why they demand from us to bring the 2015 IRS tax(schedule) and + I-864 forms of both petitioner and Joint sponsor

A tax schedule is a form the IRS requires you to prepare in addition to your tax return when you have certain types of income or deductions. These commonly include things like significant amounts of interest income, mortgage interest or charitable contributions. So pretty much the 2015 1040.

at the bottom of the letter it will state what is missing. Just make sure the person going to the Interview has it. But other than that you should be expecting an Interview Date soon! Congrats!! :)

That's exactly how mines was. If you don't mind what does it say you are missing? Did it say to send it back to NVC or bring to the Interview?

they said bring it to the interview " and they said that our AOS form is either missing some information on it or incomplete and incorrect

I had the same situation. Mines was that I was missing my cosponsor and my W2 but it stated that my husband would just need it for the interview. But other than that it is still Case Complete

We have 3 N/A and then we Called yesterday to confirm that our case in completed or not " they lady said Yes, it is completed now wait for the interview but today

morning i got email with the checklist bla bla is missing i don't know it is real or fake?

can anybody tell me what's going on? and remember we have still 3 N/A on our page

so we called to confirm the CC the lady said now you wait for the interview to be scheduled and its defend on the countries too but she said it will take up to two months for interview i hope we will get it scheduled soon and wish for all of you to be with your loved ones sooner

So I have been using this FreeTone app to call NVC but at once it is taking the credits that were on there. Now I do not have any credit is there any other apps?

there is an app , it's called Zipt, i put in it only 5 $, and we used it for more than 100 minutes and still there is 2 $ left .

download it from playstore , it eats very little money from middle east it's very cheap 6 cent or something more cheaper it cost per minute , from here we can't use freetone to NVC because its not working

You mean the question "Is your spouse immigrating to the US with you"? In that case, yes, you're the spouse. I guess the questions are the same for DV and other visa types so it's confusing.
