there is no urine test in the medical , today i did it they did not do for me urine test , they did blood test, eyes test, check up my body, xray, blood fresher test, and gave me two vaccinations and also it is not (Urine test) mentioned on the NVC website,

"The medical examination will include a medical history review, physical examination, chest X-ray and blood tests for syphilis.

The physical examination will at least include examination of the eyes, ears, nose and throat, extremities, heart, lungs, abdomen, lymph nodes, skin and external genitalia."

For Jamaica the Medical history form is required. I am sure if a medical history form was required for your medical they would have told you that its needed when you called Your Medical facility requires a copy of the passport, but in Jamaica we are required to have the actual passport the day of the Medical. Every Country is different

is this required for everybody and every country, today i called for medical exam center which is recommended by NVC website, so i called them i asked them what should i bring they said , P4 letter, passport size photos, and passport copy that's all,

16 days to go to the embassy foot step for interview, heart is really pumping of joy as well as nervous

the interview in on 18th september and i didn't do my medical test yet, now i think this is the right time to do the test if i am not wrong "OR" may be two three days more later?

You don't need to do anything. You just go to your interview at the day and time on your appointment letter from NVC and the embassy/consulate will be ready for you.

My hubby got his visa in hand on Monday. He finallyyyyyy arrived yesterday night. POE went smooth through Boston. Glad all this is done.

That's the visa application DS-260 form which you submitted online. Just take the DS-260 confirmation page to the interview. The letter next to it states which application you need to take to interview. You just have to match the document status code definition to determine the meaning of the code.

here in middle east we don't make account for medical appointment, Just Go directly to the hospital which the NVC website recommends you and do your medical done there, i don't know your this sentence mean

My interview will be on sept 19 but my case is still at nvc. When do they usually send the docs to the consulate?

don't worry mine is 18th sep so it will arrive on its time

Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

Do i need to fill out the I864 again?

I sent everything to nvc from joint sponsor's, household member's and my s2013-2015 Irs tax transcripts, w2's, recent pay stub, and 1040 forms last june 25 2016. Do i need to bring everything to the interview?

i have the same Question and the same confusion but yesterday we called NVC should we take I-864 to the interview the lady said, we did not request that but if you did it you are very welcome, i think it is a good think to call them and asked them

Unfortunately I had to get them by mail; if you want to get them online (which would be way faster), one of the things they'll ask you is for your phone number. I have a shared phone account with my brother (account is under his name ), so when I typed in my number, it rejected it. But I got my transcripts by mail like 3-4 days later.

We received an email on Friday saying that my wife's interview was scheduled on September 22nd. My question to anyone who's familiar with this is, when will her package be shipped to Amsterdam and will I get any email stating that it has been shipped? Also, how can I track the package?

why do you need to track the package, you don't need to do so, all you need to prepare for the interview September 22, there is one on your website will inform you weather it is shipped or not

The medical itself is $15875

Take an extra 15000 is what they told me. You won't spend more than 15000 more it depends on the vaccines you need. If you need all its gonna be 15000 if you dont need all then you spend less. They take debit and credit cards if you dont feel like walking around with all that cash. I got MMR and TDap and paid 6000 on top of the 15875.

because like visa having six validity but if your medical exam expires the visa will be expired too, for some reason if you can't enter USA quickly may God protect

If your interview is scheduled anytime soon, you probably will NOT get a "case complete" email. It takes 2-6 weeks for an interview to be scheduled depending on your embassy/consulate, and what time of the month it is when you get your case complete. CC at the first of the month usually get an interview the very next month. CC at the end of the month usually skips a month.

Example: CC in early August, probably late September/October interview

CC in late August, probably late October/November interview

Again - it is totally dependent upon your embassy/consulate and how many slots they allot for IR/1-CR/1 interviews each month.

our case was completed on 3th august and we got interview letter on 8th august so definitely depends on the embassy or Consulate
