  1. We have all of our documents ready to be sent. Can we send them once the AOS fee changes to paid?

I think it doesn't matter, AOS fee changes or not, but you should send your package in order to not waste time, so send it ASAP, that will change after Max three days, so your DOC is arriving to NVC takes time too,

this is my own experience and advice

  2. Hey everyone,

  3. congrats can you do a review update about it thanks

Bosna1234, thank you so much i am going to do it now,

first of all , truthfulness is very important, be careful while answering every question they ask, let me tell you what they asked me

    1.where do you live?

    2.what's your phone number?

    3. who is (my wife name) she?

    4.is she working?

    5. is she your relative ( this was a repeated question he asked me three times)?

    6. do you have children?

    7. did she visit you?

    8. for how long had she been to the US?

    9. did you ever marry before?

    10. did your wife marry before? this is the same repeated questions he asked me

then in the next window the american guy a very respectable boy he asked me what is your name and your wife name?

and Boom......................you are approved he said.........

over all a very good satiation it was i love it

  4. There are no Most important questions. Every question is important and based according to what the CO has investigated and read. The interview is all about you knowing your spouse.

Where they work, their siblings name, what your spouse drives, what do they do. You never know just know your spouse ad your life and dates and all that.

Sample questions are in the guides. And you may not be asked any of them.

    Thanks dwheels76

interview is in coming five hours

  5. Hello Forum,I really commend you guys here for all your responses to people questions about immigrating to the stat,It is really awesome. My question goes thus:

I have a scan date of August 8th 2016 as a spouse of Permanent Resident in which my wife petitioned for me and my son(F2A),up till now which is more than 30 days, I havent received any email for case complete neither the AOS(Paid) status changed to N/A...I really want to know if there has been anybody in this situation before and what did the person or maybe I need to be more patient. Also thinking maybe it is right for me beneficiary to put the call to NVC to ask for the updates from oversee,as my wife is too busy most times to make d call of almost 30 minutes ...Your response to my question would be highly appreciated.Thank you.

i recommend you to call early in the morning US time from 7 to 8 or 8:30 something like that, it won't take longer, we used to call at this time, and it is just super easy to talk and no waiting, whenever we forgot to call early in the morning so usually we don't bother ourselves in the late day and then call next day earlier, specially if you live abroad this time is very much recommended

  6. thank you alot, really I will let you know but the nervous game is just in my head

believe me here is the same, it attacks you while you are smiling and the smile despairs, when you remind it, Just the interview name is killing you, otherwise it is nothing, there is nothing in the interview but common Questions how long you have been married and where you got married and what is his/her Job?

calm down its nothing because you have already passed K2 mountains :)

  7. This is probably a dumb question, I'm still pending to have an interview date, but I was reviewing the list of documents needed to be brought in. Now, they're asking for the copies of the marriage/birth certificates, affidavit of support, right? We don't have to request new ones? Just use the ones sent to NVC? I don't think the list specifies whether it should be a copy of the document previously sent... It'll be a pain having to request a birth certificate, especially for myself, since I was born in another country and it'll take about a month to request and get it certified. :/

as far as we know for us it is important to bring Original Birth Certificate,Original Marriage Certificate, as the NVC requested us saying" whatever you sent copies to NVC, you must bring the Original ones to the interview, you need to find out quickly what is needed Original or Copies and take action ASAP, you Still have a lot of time to the interview Gate

remember every embassy and Consulate rules and regulations are different from one another, may be go your own embassy site and find out what it is?

  8. hi everyone congratulations to all CC and interview schedules of this month , i just have a question in my mind for two weeks i just thinking about it , my interview date on Oct 13 and i received the interview instruction by E-mail and what i noticed is my visa category is CR1 (Conditional resident) and according to that i will get a 2 year green card because of our marriage has not passed 2 years yet , now our marriage anniversary is on 15th january 2017 (after 3 months),

now im confused cause i want to have the 10 years turm GC , i have an idea and i just want to share it and see if its right or wrong , im thinking of not paying the GC Fees after the interview and will pay it after our 2nd year anniversary after we reach in US and pay the Fees along with the form I-751 (Condition Removal)

i will appreciate your feedbacks and advices

sounds like your own rules , :) , you have to find out for long you can stay there without GC OR how long you can apply and pay for your GC after your arrival to the US?

I have a book of USCIS I downloaded in DEC 2015, if you can do anything i will send it to you specially by email, i think these rules and regulations are there, it is a long book

don't mind just shared with you opinion

  9. I see some of you are including photos! I did not think to include any since I sent some with the I130 and I live abroad with my husband and our daughters. We have been married for 7.5 years and live together do I need pictures?

    Hey E & E ,

    what photo you mean?

if it is passport size you have to take the new one not the USCIS ones

if it is wedding photos, so it is not needed but for some People it is, some time the interview officer asks like Pakistani embassy i heard from the people who had been through the interview they were asked to show them to the officer, even though it is not requested in the letter or by NVC so these things are not difficult don't bother yourself and get ready and just do it if possible
