did my biometric on 31th august Friday at 10:00, arrived in the office revere MA at 9:40 am and was done by 10:05 am, biometric only took 3 minutes totally

if you have someone in the USA, you can try to contact through them, you must be having someone because you have been there, the least your friend who you know, can go to them that you wanted to know what's going on? at least they should say something, but you never know life is full of unexpected things why it is like this,
one day my wife came back to the USA and she wasn't attending my phone because she went with her parents outside and left the phone home just for few hours , i was extremely worried, angry and anxious that was after we had spent 3 and 6 months together, and then she started massaging me and apologized so much for doing that

i think it's a little overreacting, they love US when they see with her USA visa they won't say a word instead she will get more respect from them

we received our NOA four days after VSC received our I-175 and they extended it for 18 months after the GC expiration, but i am a little worried after seeing some comments in this group " that i left blanks in 1-751 where i couldn't write N/A and also i didn't write our names Capitals just initials i think i wrote capitals, is here anyone did the same things like i did?

we sent on 21 july to VSC they received it on 23th and we received on 27th july our first NOA, they extended my time 18 months after from the expiration date of the green card, can you tell me how much you got extension

i don't work i am just a housewife since he came in to the USA, i am just taking care of our daughter, he is working not me, so proof of living together will be lease and electricity bill and joint Federal and State tax returns right?

can you tell me that " we don't have Joint bank account together NOR we have together health insurance we only have Joint Tax return will that make any issues ? because we don't have some of things , we have lease , we have one daughter and we have "joint Federal and State tax returns,

well, i won't be completely out of states for 4 years , in this time, i will have to visit them in every four months, or may be they can stay with me there , we can come and go back during my study, want more advice's from the friends lets see

Hello everyone,
I have been here in the USA for five months, got my greed card and my wife and my little new daughter are a USA citizen, i am planning to go abroad for study and it will take four years to complete my bachelor Degree, i will have vacation from my study 2 times a year, 1 month vacation after first semester and then 4 months vacations after second semester and every semester is four months so i have a lot of time, I can maintain my Greed Card status, i will come in these vacation to the USA, Please help and advice needed because i love to study and maintain my US Citizen status too, i love this country too,

thanks to all how long does the admin processing last had my interview yesterdat at 8:30 am and like at 3:00 turned to admin processing to get the visa
Today is the 9th day of my interview and the 2nd day of my Visa issuance and No receiving Passport Yet, looks like more harder than the other the whole process

Its been 2 days and my status still shows under administrative process. I don't know what's going on

i had an interview on 18th and i was approved but status still says" your case is READY for the interview" but i saw some changes in updates"
" it says last updated on 21th Sept" Just date changed and the message is still the same.your case is READY for the interview.
so i think it is normal
