wow thats pretty quick, about 4 months. I take it your sister in law filed for someone in pakistan aswell? I may just file K3 as well you never know it seems. Does the K3 application end up at the same service center as your i-130? if not i wonder if would think its worth doing it. K3 may take longer for green card but hey you atleast have you loved one with you

i think they were not transferred from Texas Service Center, i was wonder how they got their file approved so quickly but yeah you are right it will take a long time for them there is so much for them to be done , and they have interview in Islamabad, they sent me their interview latter picture i need to check it what day they have it, any how my Spouse is coming for six month to stay with them in KSA LOL

I also filed a K3 and no it is not faster, I haven't heard anything pertaining to it.

War teacher, my sister in law filed on 19/10 their k3 now they have interview in the coming two three days and my file I-130 is Still hanging there in Potomac i think K3 is more faster than I-130

hello guys, well i know we are all so much worried and trying to hurry up to meet with our souls but listen carefully this is not a Joke, we are going to the USA this is not kidding, there are thousands of Petitions around the Globe are being reviewed so don't get frustrated because you are not alone in this situation we are all in the same boat, and boat is in the USCIS hands, this is how they sail it to the other-side of the sea, try to make yourself busy don't check anything if you did not cross even five moths before five months expecting something to be happened So you are going to be kidding so try to calm down this is not Joke, they don't care of you they don't even think of us weather we are crying or laughing or missing our loved ones because there are thousands of People around the Globe are waiting so Bosna1234 and others friends give up to check every time this website wait to complete at least five months after months it is on the luck when we will be approved, if you think i am not missing my Sweet heart , you are gona be a big Joker

Texas is processing after my noa1 date so if I had stayed in Texas I would've had more luck. 6 months into Potomac and I'm still here

My best advice is to forget expectations and just take it as it comes. If you expect news at 4 months you will be terribly disappointed. At 5 months you'll be angry. And at 6 months you just won't care anymore hahahaha

Bosna1234, don't wait or check everytime your updates you have to work outside , do somethings good otherwise this will drive you crazy don't except to happen right the of the bat, do somethings if you are religious man read about Deen Etc .....

Today is my PD 100th day and transferred 80th day and i hope will see approval soon in sha Allah

Yup! Transferred to Potomac from California on 11/09 with PD 10/23. No updates since then.

PD is 10/18 and transferred date to Potomac is 11/09 so we are in the same boat actually !

i am calling USCIS phone number the automatic machine is saying please enter your receipt number but there the alphabet with the receipt number can not written does any body know how to write alphabet with receipt number for example " CPC123456" so the CPC can't be written from the keyboard of the phone and without alphabet the receipt number is not completed they said we are sorry your receipt number is not complete

i don't know but some one said here , that they called USCIS and they told that most of the cases are approved with in 60 days if it is true so then here you go we can expect something in the coming week

I got approved from potomac on Dec 11th and NVC still haven't received my case it. Seems like it's going to take a full month after approval. Good luck everyone
