Ours was wrongfully sent there.  We had to get a local official involved to get it sent back to our office.  So, we might not be the best case to base this off of. I wish I could help more! 

NVC does not schedule interviews like they should, they do not do the oldest cases first.
 
I think they just grab one from a pile and give them interview date.
 
Someone got their interview after 5 days from getting case completion just in Jan 2019.
 
Someone with your same case completion date has already got their interview, and then you have people like @Allison and Ahmedwho have been waiting since end of November.

He picked up his passport today!

Thanks to everyone for helping me stay calm. Our CEAC status today was changed to "issued," so now we're just hoping to get the actual passport back in the next few days. 

The birth certificate from CSO  the one in Arabic and English with the foreign affair stamps is the correct one to upload i upload that on my case had no problem with it i upload the Arabic one and the half arabic half english one all in one pdf and it was accepted.  

I just got word that my I-130 petition got transferred to NBC, and they have received my case.  Waiting for the snail mail for them to tell me exactly what is going on.  We can't be the only ones out here that have been transferred.  I would love some feedback and incite.    This is heartbreaking.

We submitted everything on November 8th, 2018.  We got an email for NVC on the 14th to upload a new police report. We uploaded a new on that same day. 
 
Keep us posted on when you get your CC. You are a couple days before us for resubmission.

Finally submitted all of our AOS/Civil Documents on 11/7/18
 
On 11/14/16 We received a message from NVC stating they needed a new copy of our Police Certificate because they were unable to read/see all of the governmental stamps.  Submitted new police certificate that afternoon.
 
Now just waited for a CC and to be in line for a interview.

I pray that things go faster!  Based of VJ and those reporting their times, I didn't see any October or November CR1/IR1 interviews.  But, I did see some K1's.

From some of my friends and VJ-ers it’s been average 4-5 months for a interview for CR1. And yes, for some reason K1 are getting priority over CR1/IR1.

Finally found out our petition was sent to NBC (National Benefits Center) by error. They sent it back to Nebraska last week.  We have had our congressman office involved and they are demanding a expedite.  Hoping to hear more next week.

Finally!!  My husband and I received our NOA2 today via Mail!  We were approved at USCIS on 9/13/17!!

I've been wanting to write this for SO long!
 
After 10 and a half months stuck at Nebraska, two months in NVC and almost six months waiting after our CC to get an interview, it finally happened!
 
My interview appointment was stressful. There even was a point where the supervisor approached the officer and they closed the microphone. I thought I was going to faint. My case was a bit complicated and it looked weird on paper, but after explaining what happened things started to get a little better. Overall it took me 3 hours (two hours waiting and one hour of questioning!) but I fully understood it's their job and they just had to make sure everything was in order. Everyone was very nice and professional, and even being Juarez I've never felt unsafe. I have honestly nothing but nice things to say about the U.S consulate and even though the process is incredibly draining if you play by the rules and follow the requirements it's not that bad. 
 
561 days of documents, tears, long distance, money (oh, the money) the uncertainty. It was incredibly worth it just for this moment! to hug my husband waiting for me outside and dance with my little green paper. 
 
Thank you SO much, everyone, for helping me throughout the process. I couldn't have done it without you, since you helped me not only be prepared for the process but stay sane after it kept taking longer and longer. I am also aware it didn't take as long as others and it wasn't the most complex situation, so I'm counting my blessings and I feel very lucky that overall things went smoothly and I get to drive back with my love to Texas and start our lives together, almost two years after getting married yet so ready to start from scratch as newlyweds. 
 
I wish you all the best on your journey! you deserve to experience the same joy I'm experiencing.
